I've just noticed these exist, compiled and written by Crystal Bush; quote: This insightful deck of cards is a delight to use for self-discovery and help in choosing life direction!
SubTitle: A Divination Set Inspired by the Astrological and Numerological Teachings of Linda Goodman. Apparently they've been around since 2001 and I've never seen them! Has anybody got them? IP: Logged |

I dont have them, I was going to get them, I actually thought Linda did compile them, but it was Crystal Bush.. I don't know why I changed my mind after finding that out. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, it's just how I felt , just feelings.I will get them one day though ------------------ *Formally known as NeoStar ===================

It is so funny that this tread was started... I was going to. I bought them recently and was wondering about other's experiences with them. The art work is beautiful! You also get a little book that explains each card. It is based on Linda's Numerology from what I see. I haven't used them yet... Still trying to learn them.IP: Logged |

Greetings...I have a set, and think that in theory they would be a wonderful tool. Personally, and this is merely my own personal opinion, I find this set of cards rather dark...dark colors on dark backgrounds that is.. not negative in any way.. simply dark. But I am a man and also somewhat colorblind.. so I may be off base in that opinion. I give the IDEA an A for effort, but I'd have to say that in terms of effectiveness in execution/style... C at best. I think that if one KNOWS astrology and numerology, the interpretation will be much more deep and meaningful than that supplied in the book that accompanies the deck. I feel that had Linda been alive to see this project through, it would have been much better presented and interpreted. In the Light... Yes Aselzion perhaps that's what I was tuning into, and why I didn't rush out and buy them.

Greetings...As always, I can only give my opinion. I am sure there may be others out there that love the deck... but it doesn't really talk to me the way my Tarot does. As I said.. if one is a good enough reader, ANY deck will bring out valid and useful information, but I suspect that one would require a good deal more knowledge of both Astrology and Numerology to interpret wisely given only the divinitory meanings in the accompanying book. And I do believe that Linda would have made it a bit more user friendly than Crystal et al did, but again, only my opinion. In the Light... Hey everyone Future ~ I haven't got a set, but I've only looked in one book store in London. I've never seen them before though and have looked extensively for Linda's work over the years. Thanks for the insight everyone, it would be interesting to see a pack, I'm sure one will pop up somewhere soon IP: Logged |

http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum5/HTML/000100.html Here's a interesting thread in regards to these Star Cards. It talks about Kathleen McGowan and her part in this whole project. Personally, I haven't even seen the deck up close. I was a bit disappointed by Relationship Signs so when I saw "Crystal Bush" on the box of the Star Cards I decided not to pursue it further. Maybe I'll give them a second look one of these days. ------------------ "You must be the change you wish to see in the world." - Ghandi IP: Logged |

I found it lacking the usual Linda warmth.------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Rebecca Clark IP: Logged |

Yes, exactly. I bought the book a few years ago, before a long train ride I was going on. It was right when I started really delving into relationship astrology and of course bought that book because it was by Linda and loved her work. Book and charts in hand, excited to start comparing, I was a bit disapointed with what I was reading. I thought, "Linda wrote this?" It didnt seem like she did and then I noticed in a way, she didnt. The wheels started turning ....and needless to say, I was disapointed with my purchase and the ride was long. It's not all bad though of course. There are things to be pulled out of it.IP: Logged |

26 taurus and Randall, Sorry so late I just noticed my response- I was responding to the person who said who is crystal bush anyway and some other forum I was reading. The foreword explains of their relationship. I agree that relationship signs was lacking linda's warmth. It was generally useful- myself being a beginner on charts, but it ends in 2000 and both of my kids were born after so as a beginner it was also a little frustrating. I just ordered star cards the other day and I have worked with tarot for 7 years now and always am paranoid of doing readings for myself thinking I'll deal and/or interpret the way I want things to be. But I'm hoping since i'm able to correctly interpret numerology for myself and others correctly it will be useful in card form, we'll see how they work in a week or so.IP: Logged |
