It looks a scary card and I'm wondering if fear is all there is or am I missing something? I'd be grateful for any comments.

Sounds like you've been suffering a great deal of anxiety and distress. Perhaps someone has hurt you a great deal, or you're deeply ill or worried about something. There is a light at the end of the tunnel though, the eight of cups signifies moving on and letting go. You'll get over it. There is nothing you can do about the situation. It sounds like you will move on or let things be the way they have to be.

Greetings...

Are you talking Celtic Cross spread?

It looks to me like there was some breakup of a relationship that is causing stress/anxiety. You may be feeling desperate or as if you have no control in the situation... or you may even be having bad dreams related to the experience.

Or I might be wrong!

Looks to be a Light at the end of the tunnel though, if you just work through the emotional baggage rather than letting it accumulate and eat away at you.

In the Light...
A

Thank you both for your kind words. You eased my mind

Yes, it was a Celtic Cross. Nine of Swords for Environment and I think it just freaked me out a bit. Although it shouldn't, after all it *IS* an acurate description of my emotions. Giving up unrequited feelings. And I know that only way is through and away. Yep, Eight of Cups and then the Hierophant...

Ironically, the Crowining Card was the Lovers. I guess my cards have sense of humour.
