Hi Everyone,

First of all , my apologies to anyone who answered my post in the Universal Codes forum . I tried to reply and it wouldn't let me. Thanks Aleszion,Lotusheartone and Foolsgold for your kind replies and welcome.
here's some things I've picked up on the minor arcana. Hope some of it is new to you.The minor arcana are not wholly believed to have been created at the same time as the major arcana. They nay have been added later. Some peopole believe that they are more fortune telling tools than the major arcana and only use the minor in spreads. I've read also that the four suits represent the tree of life in the four kabbalistc. worlds. The aces being Kether, two Chochmah etc. Also It's been said that two through ten on each suits represent the decons of astrology and that the minor arcana represent the deacons of the entire zodiac. There is some pretty convincing ideas about this and i think it's true.I'm sure there is much more to this but this is a few of the things I've uncovered.

Hello, SkyFysh! Could you please cite the source (book, website, etc.) of your comments on the minor arcana? I love to research these things, too.

May I also invite you to the thread on one-card tarot readings if you would like to exchange readings with fellow tarot readers. See you there!

Hi Kizmetkazian,

Sorry to reply so late to your post. The book was about the tarot in relationship with
a certain system or philosophy. I really can't remember the title. I got it out of the local library and it always seems to be out!I only glanced at the book ,but the ideas I posted were what I took away from it. I really thought the stuff I posted here was what was best in the book!
Your kind to post in my thread and I thank you for the invite on the readings thread!

Thank you!

Sky

Hi Sky and Kismet,

I believe the book your speaking of is called "The Tarot of Cerimonial Magic" BY LON DE QUETTE. I think that's how his name is spelled but I know that's the title.

Greetings...

Try this, I think you will find it along the same lines, and it should provide hours of mental spiraling...

Hope that helps.
