2nd, while actually immersed in clear water (like a shower), purposefully scrub every inch of my earth s-elf thus ridding my earth body of any "sticky webby stuff"

3rd start a "love hum". starting at my solar plexus, I vision and have a vibrating love light beginning in me and covering all me inch by inch. This humming love light enfolds me like a fog and spreads out farther and farther until they, too, are enfolded as are all around and between us.

4th, Give thanks to the universe for the gift of this lesson

5th, Use some old coffee as part of my rinse and apply something citrus-y

6th, Salt and smudge my self, vehicle, and home. Wash any areas intruder touched.

7th, Have the hum become part of my heartbeat and breath.

8th, (This is a wahwah baby one-like having a grownup chase monsters out from under bed) Ask my guardian angels (spirits, whatever)
to let these men get a glimpse of or at least an awareness of their presence.

9th, Fast a bit and drink good clean clear fluids purposefully to clean negativity's

10th, Release all emotional attachments to these men, the incident, their purpose and harm. Go forth to LIVE LOVE LAUGH!

Their purpose was to discredit and humiliate in order to throw a smokescreen over their own acts. They chose us because we stand in truth, love, and beauty and people who do are targets because others WILL and WANT TO believe bad things about people like us. (sort of cutting us down to their size)

with the little girl who is now missing. i'm trying to prioritize where my mind goes but I just wanted to let you know that I had NOT forgotten about your situation nor had I intended on ignoring your situation, as wonderful as you are.
