I have repeatedly asked that people seeking readings STOP opening new threads for that purpose, and that is not happening!

I have even established this thread for that purpose: http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum18/HTML/000324.html Yet daily I see new threads looking for readings.

Perhaps a solution would be for any readers that wish to to readings online to open a new thread in their names, so people could post specific questions to specific readers.

I just think all the 2 and 3 post threads clutter up the more general, broader scoped threads and push them off the main page, all in the name of a free reading, and frankly this disturbs me.

I saw your post, but I am moving this Sunday, and don't have any time to do readings til next week, and since I haven't found a place, all my things will be going in storage and I'll be camping out at my mom's and will have limited computer time.

And okay Aselzion, I get it. But why just lock up mine and no one elses? Cuz for the one time I post a reading request I see at least 5 others. And I agree with you, whole heartedly...but I just don't get it. Why not lock up ALL of them? As I look on the freaking forum *right now* I see at least two threads, still open and active...without you entering and ranting about keeping readings to that "Reading requests and replies" thread only.

Sorry, I'm not being a troll or anything but I really just don't get it. I mean is this just you being annoyed and picking the first one you see or is this something you're really intending to enforce for everyone at all times?

Because frankly, I don't want to be made an example of.

I mean forget it now. I'm almost sorry I even bothered requesting someting I couldn't do for myself. I didn't go to that other thread because I wanted something more specific and more indepth that'd be a little easier for me to understand. I guess that was out of line.

AND if I had seen you rants about people opening new threads, I wouldn't have ignored it. Don't mistake me for someone who would blatantly do exactly what you asked not to. I wouldn't disrespect your wishes. So once again, I'm sorry.

I was NOT singling you out... this happened to be the first thread I came upon, and I wasn't planning on wasting my time closing who knows how many threads.

I am sorry if you feel slighted, but this thread just happened to be the straw that broke this camel's back.

Please, it was nothing personal and you were not singled out.

I was just trying to make my point, and I apologize if you took offense.
