On September 16th my brother was suppose to go meet a bunch of his friends very early in the morning to go to a race car event which it was on another state so they were going to leave aerly, like 5-6 am but he never made it, even know he had been planning this.
The day before he was talking on the phone to this woman he had been seeing and told her the relationship was over for good , there was no point on them getting back and he had talked to his wife and she was taking him back and he really needed to be with his kids, she somehow convinced him to meet with her, this whoe conversation took place in front of his friend but he could only hear what my brother was saying (obviously).So I am not sure if he slept at home or not but he never showed up to meet his friends to got o the races but he did come home at 1:00 pm on the 16th of september and he was doing fine according to the maid, she didn't see him druk or anything but he went and took 1000 bucks that he had collected for my dad the day before from one if my dad's rentals, which is strange because why would he need so much money, the according to the hotel records he checked in himself at the hotel at 3:00pm and told them he was going to stay two days.
Someone at the hotel says he walked in with a woman, someone says he was alone and one of these two peope then changed the story and said there were two other guys with him as well.
They also said my brother ordered something to be brought to his room and this is when they found him 7 hours later from 3:00 pm and he was dead laying on the floor, they found 7 little packs of cocaine , which 3 had been used and 4 little straws.

Another one of my dad's tenants says my brother called him 13 times asking him for the rent money and was very pushy about it, he says my brother said he had two shots of tequila, which is why we are so puzzled because as I said he didn't drink even know 3 months ago he had started doing cocaine again, but not drinking.

When my dad went to see him at the morgue he had two obvious bruises in his chest and a cut in the head, plus they said his nose was broke.
Also the night of the 16th that same woman called my dad's house looking for my brother and wondering if they had seen him.

So, as you can see the whole thing is fishy as hell.They are doing tests right now on hair and stuff that was found but I still doubt they will get anywhere with this, everything is so corrupt down there that we may never know what really happen, it is obvious some people are not talking.

You know, the day my brother passed my dad was coming home from visiting the cementery because his mom (my grandmother) passed the same day September 16th but 3-4 years ago.
Isn't that f*cked up?

Yes, my dad is very exhausted I can tell although he doesn't say and it makes me feel bad to keep asking questions but I have no one else to ask since I am not down there to do an investigation of my own.
God if I could just travel right now

I wanted to tell you and ask you about your opinion on this, ever since my brother passed my mom has been experiencing weird things in her house, now she lives here in the US and he died down there, but ever since she had these happened:
the same night we found out someone slammed the door shut for the bathroom in her bedroom, she was laying in bed when that happend and this door have never closed like that, there is no "winds" that could have closed the door.
the next day a clock that she has that has been broken for months now and she hasn't been able to fix started to work like it was never broke, she has tried many things to fix this clock but was never succesful, finally she just left it and it was blank for the ongest time, is one of those that tells you time and the weather outside.
Another night she heard steps, the door of the second bathroom open and someone washing their hands, she got up and went to look and of course there was nooone in there, both times she wasn't even sleeping but just laying in bed talking on the phone or watching tv.
