Topic: My tarot cards don't like me...

..is this possible?In the book store, I walked past this particular deck about 6 or 7 times until I finally bought it. I loooked for it everytime I went there just to make sure no one had got it (there was only one copy) and it took so long becasue I wasnted to be sure of the deck I wanted to buy. A friend of mine had just bought a deck from the same place and we were experimenting with it, so I decided to get my own. Its called "Tarot of Transformation" btw. It feels like when I am touching the cards and doing a reading that something is off. It feels like they don't like me or are angry at me or something.. is this possible?? If im "infusing" them with some sort of negative energy, I dont know how to change that.. I dont believe I am because I really wanted this deck... IP: Logged |

Of course, this kind of thing happens with powerful tarot decks...I know it sounds weird, but it just does.So...if you picked the deck carefully and felt it was "yours", or wanted it to be yours, the problem is probably in how you're reading the cards. With very powerful new decks, you should not read for yourself lightly...maybe not at all. I always wait till a deck is broken in to use it on myself. And you should definitely not "experiment" with the deck with a friend. At first, do readings for others who have very serious questions...and don't overuse the deck. You'll feel the change as you and the deck adjust to each other. IP: Logged |
