I don't think so...when representing a certain person it could just mean that the person has a more of an analytical than emotional way of coming across to others. It might seem cold to some people.------------------ Sun in Libra Moon in Cancer Jupiter in Cancer Venus in Virgo Mars in Cancer Ascendant in Cancer "I seem to have the blind self-acceptance of the eccentric who can't conceive that his eccentricities are not clearly understood" IP: Logged |

Greetings...The King of Swords, can be a negative temperament, if it's reversed. Generally I read the Court cards as indicators of signs/characteristics: Swords being Air that would be Gemini/Libra or Aquarius. A lot depends on what cards come up around the card you are questioning. Sometimes the court cards simple refer to certain aspects of our own being, rather than "other people" strictly speaking. But no one suit, nor one person... well anything for that matter is ALWAYS good, or Always bad. Those really are judgments that we place upon them, not necessarily intrinsic, if that makes any sense. There are likely two grand ways to look at everything. Reversse polarity and all that jazz. ------------------ "Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia." Charles Schultz IP: Logged |

My belief is the king of swords is modified by earth...it weighs it down and brings out its bad qualities....ill dignified if adjacent to an earthy card in a reading (pentacles, heirophant etc)IP: Logged |
