Topic: I keep getting the Knight of Wands...

Whenever I think of a certain guy and do a self-reading I pull the Knight of Wands. I got it in the third position when I asked about love in general, but not specifically with him (although he is always on my mind - and it's not really a past-present-future reading, just a 3 card combo along with Teo of Cups and the Hanged Man). When I asked specifically about my future with him, just a one card drawing, I got it again.I know, I know, he is supposed to be a short term, love em and leave em type but, I don't know, say something else to make me feel better about it  ... I am very, very new to tarot. I have had two decks for years but I am just now getting into it. When I say just now, I mean 4 days ago! I really feel connected to it though, it seems to be reading me quite well... IP: Logged |

You are right Randall...So last night, while feeling sad-sad-sad about this guy I did another three card reading asking if we'd ever get back together, a kind of "once and for all" moment and I got: Queen of Wands/King of Pentacles/Three of Swords (reverse)... Well, that was a resounding "no". I just can't get over how accurate this is though. I mean, Queen of Wands is clearly me, a Leo, cheerful, warm, confident and the King of Pentacles is him, a Taurus, a little older than me, mature and steady, business/money oriented, a self proclained "selfish" guy and the Three of Swords reversed, um, the imagery alone is enough but I am slowly (but surely) getting over him. I really just need to meet someone else... I don't know if I can do a love reading on myself until I am totally done thinking about this guy, I am getting there... IP: Logged |

about Three of Swords Reversed, I do not do reversals, but I have read that reversed cards are the blocked energy of the card. The reason you are still mourning over him is because you are blocking your feelings of heartbreak. sometimes we are unable to release our emotions to feel better, I have been there, and I think it means you need to come to ACCEPT that he broke your heart or you his and you are hurt. Once you admit the problem, you are halfway to the solution/healing etc. Release the energy of this card, the feelings of sadness etc, there is no harm in crying it out and coming to terms with your grief and you will get over him. Many a times, the reason we are still stuck on our ex is because we do not accept the fact that its done with and they are gone, we are afraid of our hurtful feelings. this is the case I see here!Good luck ------------------
