A friend asked me to pull some cards about two other people (who work together), cause she wanted to know what was going between them (relationship-wise).

How would you interprete that?

EDIT:
I never know if Judgement refers to a wedding or a divorce. lol

Looks more like serious evaluation here. Maybe if the lovers, 10 of cups, 10 of pants was here I would see more marriage. I think maybe it's hard to say bc they themselves likely found themselves in a situation (rather quickly) of do we go on or break up?
