I asked if my friend would get pregnant before the end of the year and got

Moon- Fool- 6 of wands

...so idk...it looks like a yes but lately my 6 of wands haven't really manifested...

Oh, I love pregnancy spreads!
I'm not sure with the Moon here though. Of course the moon is also related to 'mothers', but here it feels as if something just hasn't come to the surface yet, some possible block (could even be that they don't do it at the right time). Then the Fool is of course new beginnings & the 6 victory in the end. I would say not before the end of the year. Something seems to preventing an earlier 'hit'.

I was wondering about the Moon because it's such a female card. Wasn't sure how it's meaning changed in terms of pregnancy. It may also relate to her cycle because she's had a couple of health issues that messed up her cycle and the moon cycle is 28 days just like the menstrual cycle.

Yeah, it made me think as something to do with her fertility. So her cycle being off after health problems could fit in there.
