I've been trying for ages to find an interpretation of the 7 of cups in the past position regarding love relationships in particular. I'm familiar with its general meaning, and I have a few ideas like, for example, it could mean deception in the past, too many choices to make, delusions etc. That whole Neptune-y feel.
Actually, I read somewhere on the internet that selfish, narcissistic choices have lead me to where I am today and I'm not where I should be etc etc. But that's not relevant and certainly not true!
Anyway, I'd be really grateful to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

I see it as tests too. Maybe you passed a test in the past. in Mythic Tarot, is showed Aphrodite asking Psyche the tests to have Eros back.

For what you said, I think about a half 7 of cups and 8 of cups... But sometimes yes.

I pulled this one always when asking about the feelings my ex had for me. He was fooling me, testing me for I don't know what, and the Moon was always by its side.

But it is past position, the tests are over \o/. And your past experiences can be the tests too. I just found out this from my last relationship...

Ah okay, I see I got Temperance in present so the tests are over and im now finding balance within me? I can relate to your interpretation much better than others ive read actually so thanks
