DaniPepper mentioned this is the guy that will really **** up your life. I think she has a point - it may not be every time, but this guy is the romantic, who can't always be relied upon. That's what I've learned when this card shows up, but I'd also read that in the past.

Has this happened for you, as well?

Yes, but it also just indicated I would have to chase the person vs. being chased. It's a Water card which means it's dreamy and passive, not take control take charge and action-oriented.
