Hi Peachbeigeblue, I would say try to meditate more and have more quiet time to yourself where you can focus on your thoughts. Another thing you can try if you want is start a dream journal, where when you wake up you immediately write down what you remember from the dream. After a month or so of writing in this journal you might see a pattern going on where you might be able to see if your dreams are saying something specific to you.
