Relationship Situation: The Fool

My outside behavior/attitude: The High Priestess

Basically you want to charge ahead and he wants to take it slow, explore and experience the 'budding love' so to speak. You give him this impression of an ideal woman, but at the same time it's a far away feeling, that you're not completely open to him and have more he wants to learn, perhaps even a bit cold at times.

I think you're struggling to keep your urges at bay, the ones that tell you to shoot ahead and take control (why you appear as the HP). He's trying to hold onto you and perhaps even protect himself from you. Basically he needs more time. He shows you affection and interest but he's not ready to move forward. Take it slow, appreciate the time you have with him, and get to know each other better.

Hmm...that may not be the best spread to use for the two of you then. But yes honestly, back off a bit. It's clear he's going to move at his own pace and you need to let him do that. The more you badger the more you push away. I've had many a guy do this to me and I've done it as well.

I think you have to let this on go

It's not that he doesn't feel for you, maybe he needs to figure things out on his own for a bit or maybe he feels like he loves you but it would never work out so he trying to cut his losses now and prevent more pain for the both of you. As of right now with the key being 5 of cups and the Handle being Death it's looking like you need to take time to mourn, not take action, although clearly you want to (queen of wands)

I just have one more question.. do cards 7,8,9 indicate he is seeing someone else?

My tarot card is the empress but idk if in this spread it means he is falling for someone else?

I was actually looking at the outside influences in this spread, which is the Hanged Man and by that card I would say no, it's not another relationship. This card is why I said he likely still cares but is making a bit of a sacrifice because he may feel like this isn't going to last or have a future.
