Is seven of wands a positive card? In a yes or no Q how would u interpret it?
Eg: When the Q is 'Does K expect me to call her?'Would seven of cards mean a 'yes, she wants u to call her'?

The card is about her. I think she's ready for your call, in any case. I could imagine her being argumentative, but first and foremost determined to talk things through. Strong standing point & convictions, etc. Emotionally driven.

I called her. She actually picked up and spoke to me for a minute. She said she is kinda busy and will call me back tomorrow. So everything seem kinda fine. For now. No arguments nothing. But she definitely didnt sound that excited. But i know she is going through a very tough time. So i will wait and see how it works.

she didn't sound excited because she didn't want you to call.. seven of wands is about fearing someone is approaching and dont want them to and fighting to keep them at bay. according to her question the answer was no.

Yesterday, she called me out of the blue : ) n all this time she was busy with her new born baby GIRL but her mil was giving her a tough time. Thats y she didnt have time for me
N i wanted to clarify. So asked her whether she tried to avoid me. She said,'NOooo way' just that she was having a very tough time. She miscarried few times. I hope this explains the situation. Thank u guys.
