I could interpret as loving emotions and feeling close to me with some underlying secret intention he's hiding for me, perhaps planning to violate me in some way I sense but I can't tell b/c of him showing love? I did upset him very much..hmm

In that case I see the 7 as him trying to figure his way around that. A kind of walking on eggshells. He's unsure what is ok to do or say so has to be sort of crab like in his approach, not being direct, walking sideways. It may cause him to feel restrained doing this. But overall he feels he can't express his true emotions and has to them.
