I see Ace of Cups yielding the cup that carries the water to fruit the seed,
it pours water on the seed and it grows into the 2 of Wands
we already have notion that this is a romantic relationship or one with emotional intimacy for a "normal" one would just be an Ace of Coins imo
2 of Wands symbolizes dominion but also great future potential
so this person may have started a relationship with you where he is dominating over you and wants to keep it that way
