I asked if the power outage will be restored by the time I reached home in the evening.

I already have the answer but I wouldn't have interpreted it as such. I want to know who gets it right

In the hours that are satisfactory to you.

Maybe it will be there before you arrive (6/S) but I think it could be in the hours when the sun is setting. You're off at 5, and the power is back up at the same time, so when you come home, all is well.

When I get positive Cup cards for timing they mean - sooner than you think, you'd be pleasantly surprised.

Yes, I thought so too.

I was pleasantly surprised by the developments ( someone was there at the right time) but the power supply COULDN'T BE restored throughout the whole property due to an unforeseen problem.

I'm not sure tarot can be used as predictively as this.

I have always felt tarot to be a window into the potential of a series of actions of the reader or the readee.

Can it predict events which the reader/readee has no control over? I have never thought so.

Have you used it like this with success?
