Did an informal reading for a friend with my RW deck. Her question was about someone's feelings for her and got 10 of wands, 2 of wands, and Empress. Context: he broke it off a few weeks ago.This was practice for me as I'm pretty new to reading. My interpretation was that he was finding their separation to be a burden (10 of wands) and was making a decision to come back to her or stay away (2 of wands). Also he sees her as a serious long term partner, possibly the mother of his children (Empress), which factors into the decision in the 2 of wands.
Any other ideas? Or am I bloody awful at this?  IP: Logged |

Aah, he felt the relationship was a burden,made the decision to move on, and found an empress! Now why was it so difficult to reach that conclusion myself.IP: Logged |

In this context, I'd say he doesn't find the separation burdening, as in it's not something that bothers him but it was something that needed to be done and endured - he's home now, and he no longer should suffer that. 2/W + The Empress is the reason. IP: Logged |
