I interpreted it differently because the obsession angle wouldn't make sense, I mean I can't relate it to what is actually happening.

If you replace the Pentacles with the majors, one could see that they are juggling with the themes that Devil and Temperance represent. They are not quite settling on anything at the moment, and I'd add that the issue is close to heart (2/P showing the emotional, fluctuating aspect, ie tides and waves in the background of the juggling man).

I thought so too, but why juggling the devil? I mean if one has to choose between what the devil represents and what temperance represents the choice is pretty straight forward ya? so is there anything may be that I missed with what the Devil represents?

(You remember I was telling you about me and that card before, seriously it keeps popping up!)

I don't think the choice is straightforward. And it's Devil - 2/P - Temperance and not Temperance - 2/P - Devil.

Perhaps Temperance is a woman, with strong Sag/Jupiter influences?

In that case, it's infatuation vs sensible choice of a partner.
