I decided to practice Tarot today with the Lover's Path Tarot regarding a guy that I have been dealing with on and off; I wanted to see where our relationship was headed so I tried to break down the questions without basing any on assumption or expectation.I first asked the cards: Will D and I ever meet again-I got the 2 of Cups
I then asked the cards:When will we meet up again-I got the 2 of Arrows
I then asked the cards: What will be the context of our next meeting-I got Power,Innocence,Magic,Triumph,Opression(Drew Love as Clarifier),6 of Cups
Based on these cards, Is it safe to say we would meet each other again as indicated by the 2 of cups, and in 2 weeks considering Swords are represented by Air?
Will the context of our meeting be positive?I saw Power,Triumph,and Oppression, and thought immediately of someone being over-bearing, or selfish. I just want to be prepared to say no at the risk of it being a disaster.

You drew Love as clarifier for the Opression card, to find out what kind of Opression?------------------

Do you like this person and want to see him again ?
If no , then you know what the answer is. If you want to see him that is different. I never see 6 of cups as oppression it is a beautiful card. Child like joy the idea is two children playing and having fun. It can indicate people from the past, childhood friends. Look at the pictures on the card what impression do you get. Don't draw one card for a question at least three for each question. The two of swords for the when question also means stalemate. So maybe things are in standstill. Or if you notice the person has two swords crossed but they are protecting heart, they are not looking at the waves in the water behind them but they are blindfolded so not looking forward either. But with good cards it can also be harmony in a relationship. But, in my opinion with the cards you drew you are looking to see if you will meet him again. The two of cups ( a good relationship card) is a yes card, the two of swords would indicate two weeks and the 6 of cups would be someone from the past that you can have fun with.

Perhaps this is what Innocence means here...in combination with Woman Child and Book coming up a few times in the spreads I did for you: there's something you're unaware of, something you're naive about, perhaps?? 6 of cups shows children too.I also think you drew too many cards for "the context of your next meeting" Three should be enough, because these are strong symbols, in this tarot. ------------------

I did not know about the book - child.
So with cards above
Relationships may be at standstill because of child.
Maybe, he is trying to protect child from further hurt if things don't workout there are all sorts of reasons. 2 of cups - a love relationship
2 of swords - protecting the heart
