I usually ask my question then shuffle and spread the cards out, then choice 3 cards.

I never cut the deck, should i?

I don`t always do. But I keep wondering about it myself. I also do not pull the cards from the top, one after the other, but I keep shuffling until the top card feels "right" and "warm", pick this one, then continue shuffling and pick the next "warm" card, until I have as many as I need.
But maybe I am doing it all wrong. it`s just when I shuffle and cut the deck and then draw one after the other from the top, the combinations might not change that much.
