today my clients wrote to me expressing that they would soon replace me if I don't get what the pay me for  I pulled: what hinders me: 3 of pentacles
what I need: queen of cups

What is the practical reason for you not giving them what they ordered? The 3 points to cooperation, teamwork, planning, following a schedule and getting the job done. Do you need a partner or do you have one who hinders you? The Queen shows you need patience, creativity, empathy, trusting yourself unconditionally. It could also mean the help of a woman. The Hermit shows a positive result is possible with some soul-search or perhaps working alone. It also shows you can do it by yourself, isolate yourself from other influences and deliver the project  ------------------ I seem to have loved you in numberless forms... IP: Logged |

it's headhunting. I am looking for highly qualified, very specialized people- they are hard to get. Any company wants them.
Ok, the last couple of weeks were not optimal since everyone enjoyed the Holiday Season...and I've been feeling a bit low. I don't need a partner (friends & acquaintances who pass over mobile phone numbers to me in secret would be helpful though )

My dear, in this case, the Hermit represents headhunting: he's holding that lamp in the dark searching for something, the needle in the haystack. He usually finds it You will be successful, but perhaps you need to plan this a bit more or be more organized about it (3 of pents), create a web, perhaps involve others as well (3 of Pents) and somehow use imagination, intuition (I don't know how this applies to head-hunting lol) but the Queen is "in the right place at the right time", she is synchronized - or you do need the help of a woman.You're welcome  ------------------
