Had a reading last night regarding a guy I was recently dating and that we have had some distance lately. Yet I found out I'm pregnant and plan on telling him. The Knight of wands and Ace of wands kept showing up in a reading last night regarding him and neither were reversed. Need some help really understanding these cards together. Thanks!

It's sort of hard to say what they mean, accurately, without knowing the entire spread and the question.

Ace of Wands usually relates to pregnancy though as it represents the "seed" being planted.
