I'll use a cheesy English stereotype: the big O.

I'm curious why "familiar", can you expand a bit? I see Death as unfamiliar territory.

Because of the travel card, The World. XIII follows XXI and its meaning is altered. It's not off the charts, remarkable, or maybe even successful. But, it happened, I think.

Maybe there's disillusionment (The Moon). Maybe they didn't even bother to take off all the clothes? (Nude girl in The World.) Uncomfortable (Death on free and dancing girl) and confusing (Moon)?

Transition from emotionally unattached to attached? A one night stand that proved to be something more?

Thank you for your input.

Venus,
I am not interpreting the cards like you do (with the second one as a symbolically reversed card), but nevertheless I found it very intriguing to read your explanation.

We aren't getting feedback on this one, are we?

I am not sure how to give feedback on this.

I mean how do you say: "Do you think I might have had surprising astral/ telepathic sex during a meditation, or what the heck was THAT?" in an appropriate minor-compatible way?

Which was actally the exact phrasing of the question: "WHAT THE HECK JUST HAPPENED?"

Astral etc = The World, The travelling card!

Sex = Death

"WTF" = The Moon

Really, it's obvious!

Yes, I was flabbergasted when I saw the cards I had pulled, which is why I wanted to share it, but did not really know how to phrase the question here or how to give feedback.
The Moon can also relate to things astral, but so can world and death, all three cards.

There was a transition (World- Death), just it was a transition between dimensions.
Then of course sex, okay.
And the being baffled feeling in the Moon of course.

And of course you have been right no clothes were being taken off.

however nothing uncomfortable about it, except for the "what the heck?" factor. lol

Agreed, all 3 point to same thing, they are descriptive.

So, it wasn't uncomfortable? Tell us more.

Ceri, are you sure it wasn't the Rising during meditation? Kundalini Rising, it feels the same
All 3 cards suggest that:
The World itself is full activation, and there's also Ouroboros in there, if you needed a snake And of course Death Moon, apart from other connotations to the Rising, contain the Gate.
But no one else is responsible for that (unless of course, TF spirit takes part, which I believe it does). Congratulations for your experience!

Leeloo,

I get what you are saying about the Rising. Definitely experienced that before, too.
And yes, of course it is me who is responsible for that, I never wanted to imply anything else here.

Hence I as asking the question, cause, well it was a dream, sort of. Has to do with the way my mind processes meditations I think, I do see pictures and films sometimes, or not seeing them, but being a part of them. Almost like operating on two dimensions and states of consciousness at the same time. Hard to explain.
So this was like a movie in my mind (though not one *I* planned or controlled or directed, like you usually do with fantasies), just complete with emotional and sensory perception (which is much more rare, though it does happen occasionally. And it did happen before, but it has been quite a while when it did, and it seems like the intensity gets turned up a notch.)

But oh well, I have always been having a pretty rich imagination.

The night after I first met him, I was seriously thinking I was having a stroke and witnessing my own dying, but I was weirdly detached from that, more like curious and some sort of fleeting regret of not seeing my family again. But also feeling this was an apt moment to die.
Of course I did NOT die.
OR well maybe a part of me did that night. I later looked up those strange symptoms and was astounded to find them listed all under Kundalini Rising. LOL
By now I have almost grown used to some variation of this, of an altered state of consciousness (for lack of better word), after having been exposed to his physical energy.
It is rather new though to have these "fits" when he is not in physical proximity.
And I am not even talking about the meditation experience two days ago here. lol
