Actually I think that is a yes. It probably takes or took him some time (the book being a mystery, something secret and unknown), but the garden being about public things (gatherings) along with the stars, I think he does remember you after all, yes, but possibly something will trigger the memory, like a book, a letter, something written, having to do with knowledge or similiar things.

Queen of swords is a card of remembering, so it should be something like: he does, but it's hard for him to think about you; or he does, but he doesn't think about it, he is busy with other things. Clarifier needed to understand which is the valid option.

Thanks leeloo. I can see him not thinking about it much because we weren't that serious. So it probably is he does remember but doesn't think much of it/me.
