Yes, especially with 10 of pentacles, which to me is a card about family (and also heritage).
However with the Star, maybe it could also be spiritual family?

Thanks.Yes, they would be distant relatives. It's interesting that I got 2 of Pentacles because mine shows the back of a man with a bundle walking a stone path and it looks like he's leaving the building shown on the side. My grandgrandfather (if I remember well) left with someone to the USA. It's unknown to us whether they had children and even if they did and someone exists at this point of time they don't necessarily live there. Sometimes I wonder if this spread tells about their journey instead of answering my question. The Star or rather The Stars like it's called in my deck = distant land where they put their faith into = USA, stars on the flag = USA. 10 of Pentacles could mean staying there for good. Ehhh. Anyway, if my last dream was trying to give me a hint regarding this matter I might be onto something. Could you be so kind and pull for me? I can exchange.

Danke  Actually, it could be the other way round, a desert. It played a part in my dream (you can read it now, btw).

Death - extreme environment, hardly any life forms
Death is associated with Scorpio - scorpions on the desert?

Yes, I was having the image of a desert flashing through my mind as well, and the Mount Rushmore for a reason I donīt understand. So don`t mind me and my weird mind. 
I was also suddenly thinking of a tribe of native Americans.
