I just finished a phone conversation with a Head of Human Recources re a new job/project. I already talked to him yesterday evening and due to the rough time management and some other reasons i was "forced" to send him all my documents quickly by scan as well as a "selfie" from me. I know the latter is highly unprofessional but he said it doesn't matter. They just want to take a look at me and he swore that it is okay to send an unprofessional selfie.So i asked the cards what he really thought: 1) documents i quickly had to sent him and which were not 100% (in my opinion): lovers (?) and page of swords 2) selfies i sent to him and that really worries me: page of cups temperance and strength So the cards say everything is fine? what do you think? I think everything`s fine, judging from the cards.  In the last case I think the director might think you look lovely (is that a condition for getting the job?) and that you can act very quick and to the point. But he might also think that you are a little too stressed out by these things, but I think with the good cards before he will come to the concluson that you can leave your comfort zone when necessary and be flexible (even though you might not feel really comfortable with it) and get the job accomplished, despite the effort it cost.
what do you think?

I don't get it...the worry is for what?and what was the question for the second spread? about his reaction, he liked it, but I think he is only interested in finding a good employee (10 of Wands) IP: Logged |

I never heard of, let out have ever done so, that someone has to send his selfie for a job/project. The selfies had an unprofessional sense and he said "never mind" and so i want to know what he really thought of them. ok, 10 of wands is a good employee? yes, he might think that i am a bit stressed about spontaneous, very unusual things in the process of getting a project

Yeah, that's a bit weird. I thought he asked for selfies because you forgot to add a pic to your resume? is this a company or a single man looking for a personal assistant?------------------

No, i didn't forget it, i don't have it, never needed it so far, so far my CV was convincing enough
