I wanted to do this with the cards in the first, but decided to do it with the runes. The layout was stunning. The archetype of R There are two paths in R´s life 1 WUNJO - The Rune of Joy -R IHWAZ - The Rune of Defence HAGALAZ - The Rune of Disruption 2 RAIDO - The Traveler's Rune -R OTHILA - The Rune of Family, Home & Acquisition SOWILO - The Rune of Energy and Revelation –C FEHU - The Rune of Wealth and Fulfilment Those two path come together with MANNAZ - The Rune of Humanity BERKANAN - The Rune of Growth and Fertility JERA - The Rune of Success and Continuity DAGAZ - The Rune of Transformation R always wanted to have a different life and it has been no joy for him to live the given way. It is his destiny in this live to bring those two different ways of living together. That can be either to work on a social project and transform or you. I just do not know if you want this Knight of Swords. IP: Logged |

I may end up using multiple posts because I'm on my phone. When shuffling the 5 of discs pooped into my head as his archetype and I was pondering it until I refocused on the question and his initial and sure enough it came up as his archetype. I'm not sure how to get the pictures like you do but the cards are as follows: 10 of discs- Devil- 5 of discs- one of rods- Star In short I believe he is here to work out some karma, but some serious stuff. The 5 for some reason makes me think of going in circles which to me is echoed in the 10 as happening for generations upon generations. The devil is there too teach him to understand power and power plays and how to break them without rejecting or suppressing human basic needs. I see a bend towards the spiritual vs the more mundane. Where money and power were once the key drivers now the focus is on attaining new ideas and higher perspective. Not exactly religious but perhaps more spiritual or even simply more accepting and loving in everyday life. A love and respect for all living beings. (Animals too, since the devil rules animals as well.) He's a bit of an outsider and likely will remain such. While modern "necessities" may be a want they will not be a need. He will continuously chose to reject them. He may even move or live as a wanderer. I see his ideas wandering more than he physically speaking. As a 5 of discs type, he also very loyal and committed. Trials do not scare him. They are a challenge for his faith witch remains true. He will not leave those he loves willy nilly. He will suffer with them. His faith is what gives him hope. His faith in a better future, and in a better humanity. This is the first reading I've done in here for someone in over a year. So I hope it's ok. IP: Logged |

LittleCloud Ace of pentacles 8 of wands 8 of cups 8 of pentacles 6 of wands Now wasn’t this interesting! You’re an 8! Look at that string. First thing we need to think about is of course, Strength. There is a hidden Major Arcana in this spread, and it is the Lady with the Lion. Every lesson this card holds, as energy and challenge, is at the core of your life path. To summarize it: mind over matter. “KEYWORDS: Inner-balance, control, strength, inner-strength, force, serpent power, openness, endurance, overcoming materialism, courage, love, patience, goodness, self control, reconciling the passions, vision, energy, motivation, action, balance, success. ASTROLOGY: Leo PLANETS: Neptune Mars NUMBER: 8 GNOTHOLOGY: Executive power and ability CORRESPONDING RUNE: Uruz CORRESPONDING I CHING: Prosperity DIVINITORY MEANING: The need for strength, courage and self-discipline and the potential for moral victory and mastery of life. SYMBOL: The double square ASSOCIATED COLOUR: Lavender MASTER: The Master of Strength is The Master Lord Maitreya. Lord Maitreya serves the Divine Source in the role of ‘Energizer of the Earth’ and the ‘ Controller of the Solar System’. The Master Lord Maitreya gives his energies to those who wish to raise their level of consciousness and be fully aware of who they really are. The basic purpose of being in the present dimension as ‘spirit within form’ will then be seen more clearly. The Master Lord Maitreya influences the deep-thinkers presently on the Earthplane, encouraging detachment from old ideas and concepts so that they may express creative ideas not previously manifested on the planet. The Master Lord Maitreya operates from the higher ethers where he attempts to raise the level of consciousness within all humanity. The Master Lord Maitreya works on the energy of the 6th Ray and watches over the numbers 8, 17 and 26, and those born in August. TREE OF LIFE: Within the Tree of Life on Pathway 8 connects GEBURAH (5) keyword: severity to CHESED (4) keyword: mercy The energy of Strength overcomes severity and uses mercy to become strong and enduring. This strength tends to come from within and is usually brought about through harsh circumstances. This enables us to become more merciful when confronted with the problems of others. HERB:Cayenne (Capsicum) Cayenne stimulates the circulation of the blood and raises the energy, vitality and enthusiasm. It counteracts the effects of indigestion and stops bleeding. Cayenne is the herb to take when other herbs seem not to be working properly as it enhances the effects and encourages them to work at the highest level. Symbolically, Cayenne is used for coldness, lack of vitality, isolation and blockages on all levels. The Divinatory meaning is for power, strength and the courage to face all outer challenges. THE MESSAGE: The Strength card, depicting a gracious queen-like figure and a wild lion, shows that real strength has to be combined with graciousness and gentleness in order to become a powerful force. The Strength tarot card symbolizes inner-strength and determination to overcome obstacles, and self-knowledge and self-discipline, as only when we know ourselves and act in a responsible manner will we be able to deal effectively with challenging situations and overcome our difficulties successfully. Yet this card does not only represent physical strength - moral and emotional strength are included in the meaning. Strength is sometimes known as ‘The Enchantress’ and symbolizes bringing ‘consciousness’ together with ‘knowing’. The Strength card absorbs the qualities of inner-strength and depicts a person with great inner-strength and fortitude, and this will carry them throughout life.
Strength asks you to bring the higher and lower consciousness in perfect balance, knowing that control is always in your hands, and purity in your heart. Remember always that in order to do this it takes great strength and this strength is yours throughout eternity.
Strength states that the inner-qualities of love, patience and gentleness are far superior to material power, brute force and hatred. Self-discovery is a spiritual adventure. We become vulnerable when we allow others to take advantage of us, and in the struggle to protect ourselves we can easily become aggressive and evasive. Faith makes us strong and resilient. The message of the Strength card is: ‘Strength is not a force with which to exert power over others, but a force to stop others exerting power over you.’ The energy of Strength overcomes severity and uses mercy to become strong and enduring. This inner-strength is usually brought about by harsh circumstances in one’s life. This enables one to become more merciful when confronted with other’s problems. Strength implies a mentally and spiritually strong person, but generally, this person has a gentle strength about them. Strength tells of having the inner-qualities of love, patience and power. The message of Strength is that we need to tame the demanding self-centered beast within us and bring the power to good use.
The yellow depicted on the Strength card relates to the ‘creative imagination’. The lion depicts ‘strength in nature’ and passions, and shows that through love, all can be tempered. The lion represents the powerful, passionate side of the human psyche, which may make itself apparent in a number of ways. It may be totally repressed or it may be allowed to rule the personality totally. It may be controlled, mastered and integrated, or it may wantonly destroy. The lion represents strong, negative emotions such as anger or jealousy. The lion is a royal beast and also contains the positive elements of dignity and leadership. When opposed however, it can be highly dangerous and destructive. The lion within us is represented by the childlike demand for everything to go our own way and by the rage evoked when things do not. A healthy balance in childhood comes when the will is tamed but not broken. The child whose will has been broken may feel unable to establish true control or mastery over their life. The woman depicted tempering the lion represents moral strength and self-control. Together they show the importance of balance between these factors. The white robe (or gown) worn by the woman tells of purity within a person, and being tinged with grey, it indicates wisdom. The trick of The Strength tarot card lies in confronting one’s natural desires and finding ways of utilizing them creatively. A steady inner-development of personal strength and self-discipline is needed to integrate the powerful elements within so that they are neither crushed underfoot nor allowed to dominate all else. The Lemniscate, which symbolized eternity and infinity in occult teachings, can be observed above the female figure in the Strength card. The Lemniscate brings in both Divine and moral strength. Being connected to Neptune, which is one of the slower moving planets, it represents all things relating to isolation and withdrawal. The Strength card asks you to acknowledge within when you need to withdraw, and allow yourself to retreat; and to view these times as an opportunity to reflect and renew yourself. Neptune’s connection with Strength tells of freedom by dissolving all of one’s boundaries and becoming one on a ‘feeling’ level with creation. Strength’s connection with Mars brings in lots of energy and intuition. Mars is the planet of war, so it must be remembered to use this energy for positive purposes rather than negative. Being related to Leo, which states, ‘I seek myself through what I create’, the Strength card tells of someone who is very often driven by ego. This person, when working on a negative level, can become a dictator and can harm many people. The strength of Leo needs to be tempered with Divine strength. Strength is connected to the number 8, which indicates the need to strive to create a balance between our spiritual and human natures. The symbol for the number 8 is the double square; a form that is solidified into matter - as you sow, so shall you reap. The number 8 is a power number, and this power must be used for the good of all. The Strength card tells us that patience, compassion, dealing with frustration, the acceptance of others and tolerating imperfection (in oneself and in others) all leads to being a complete person. MEANING: The Strength card is number 8 and eights in a reading are very positive and indicate positive changes. Appearing in a tarot reading, Strength suggests that there is a focus of fortitude and courage and implies that you should be true to your convictions and challenge those who are in the wrong. It says that you will need to have courage and determination in order to succeed. Success will result in you being respected as a leader and a source of inspiration. Strength is a very positive card which should motivate you to have faith in yourself. The Strength card in a reading should inspire one to face up to situations that may appear to be difficult. This will develop one’s confidence and self-esteem and help one to retain their sense of purpose. When appearing in a tarot spread, Strength tells you that you need to learn to rise above the position and use these energies on a higher level. Strength, appearing in a reading, represents a person who has the ability to face adverse situations, and to guide others from dangerous situations. Strength appearing in a tarot spread tells of being unafraid of danger. It tells of physical and mental strengths and the ability to achieve whatever you put your mind to. When Strength appears in a reading it tells of a possible reconciliation with a loved one. You may have to ‘change your tune’ in regards to your attitude, but this may lead to happiness and fulfillment so it is well worth your while. Strength indicates that emotional and physical endurance may be needed to overcome a current situation in your life. This strength, combined with a sympathetic balance of intellectual and emotional powers, provides an ability to handle life issues and events in a positive and productive manner. The Strength card suggests a time or situation that can be tempered with kindness and love. Heightened emotions and negative emotions can be quelled with inner-strength and love. The Strength card asks you to view all obstacles as challenges. You are able to handle all in your stride.” ------------------ I seem to have loved you in numberless forms... LittleCloudBut we also have to look at number 8 “The number 8 is perhaps the most misunderstood of all single-digit numbers, as novices and professionals alike always seem to hammer on the "money and power" image of the 8. More often than not, when a client requests a name change consultation, it means he or she wants to add 8s to his or her chart in the mistaken belief that it will bring money and power. It is true that the number 8, more than any other number, puts the emphasis in the areas of career, business, finances and authority. However, as with many other single-digit numbers, the shape of the number reflects its most important attribute, and in the case of the number 8, that is, first and foremost, balance. The 8 is the great Karmic equalizer, a force that just as easily creates as it destroys. When the 8 comes knocking, you can be assured that you will reap what you've sown. The 8 balances the material and immaterial worlds. At its best, it is as spiritual as it is materialistic. The spiritual side of the 8 is practical, realistic and intelligent. It knows the difference between make-believe and genuine spiritual realizations. On the material plane, it is focused on results, often in the form of money, yet does not care much about money for the sake of money. It is not greedy, it sees money as a tool, not an end-result. It is generous and willing to take risks. People with strong 8s in their charts often make and lose fortunes a couple of times during their life. They never consider bankruptcy a reason to slow down or feel sorry, but, rather, come out stronger and more success-oriented than before. Some of the more recognizable traits of the 8 are drive, ambition, authority, efficiency, organization, management, discipline and control. The 8 is goal-oriented, focused, has good judgment, can discriminate and is practical, a realist. Its closest relative is the 1 as both numbers are powerful, have strong leadership skills, are unquestionably masculine and will not shy away from a confrontation. However, where the 1 lacks diplomatic skills and an understanding of human nature -- more typically the traits of the 2 -- the 8 has those abilities as well, which is perhaps the most important reason the 8 tends to do well in business and in authority roles (the military and law enforcement draw a lot of 8s). When the 8 appears in your personality profile chart, it indicates the presence of the character traits mentioned earlier, as well as the potential to be very successful and prosperous -- hence the reason so many people like to manipulate their charts to add one or more 8s. However, the energy of the 8 needs to be supported by other numbers in order to flourish, such as the 4 to help you keep an eye on the all-important details, and the 9 to keep you in touch with your humanity. So be careful what you ask for. If you decide to change your name to add one or more 8s to your chart, and the rest of your chart does not support this strong force, you may come to inherit more of its negative powers like frustration, dissatisfaction, anger, aggression, greed, intolerance, hate and insomnia. A higher-than-average percentage of 8s find their way into the top echelons of society, but you will also find a disproportionate number of 8s among the homeless. If the 8 appears in your cycles, especially your Essence cycle, there is an increase in energy and focus, a sense of "can do," and enhanced self-confidence. The shape of the 8 shows balance, but it also shows confidence, as it looks you right in the eye. A positive 8 is honest to a fault, generous and forgiving. They are physically imposing and often athletic, especially good in sports requiring strength and endurance. They are not particularly romantic, as they prefer a practical and straight-forward approach, but they are loving and more than carry their weight. As with all single-digit numbers, the 8 has a positive and a negative side. However, one of the mysteries of Numerology is that there is a small number of people who, from an early age on and for no discernible reason, seem to turn the exact opposite direction of what their charts indicate. The key word here is "seem." This phenomena is found with all numbers, but appears to affect 8s more than others. There are quite a few people whose charts are dominated with 8s who become priests, missionaries, humanitarians and so forth, but those sacrificing and loving souls do still tend to be good at fundraising, money management and authority.” Symbolism • Number of the perfection, the infinity. What I see in your spread is the ability to start things, especially from the first two cards, but also a challenge with this, perhaps giving them up too easily. Do you have strong Aries/1st house in your chart? Planting many seeds in the past in unfruitful soil, or simply abandoning the battle. You will encounter a particular moment in your life when you will be forced, perhaps by circumstances, to abandon solid material reality or familiar grounds (ace of pentacles) and start on a quest of finding oneself and mostly, a dream. The fated moment will be a blessing in disguise. A path will open for you to fulfill a major dream or quest. Perhaps it will come in the form of the need to abandon something, a feeling of loss; but don’t be mistaken about it; it is actually THE path for you and probably the whole universe will help, when this moment arrives. Maybe this has always been a psychological state, a state of mind, rather than your everyday life. If this dream exists, no matter its form, it must be inside you, and it has been a contant longing for it. Finally embracing one’s true nature: this is the 8 of cups and the card Strength, and taking it to a higher level, a level of mastery, with the 8 of pentacles: polishing oneself, and the dream, until it becomes reality. Patience and grace will be major skills on your path. Your archetype is a Dream Come True. ------------------ I seem to have loved you in numberless forms... AstroMandala New Profiles IP: Logged |

GK, your son 6 of cups 5 of cups 5 of wands Sun Ace of wands It’s interesting I drew a numerological connotation for him as well. He is number 5. 5 if also flanking the spread, by substraction. I’m sure I also drew the 6 of cups because he is your son, the child . I see here how his passage from childhood to teenage years or adulthood may be a bit difficult. I see here the Scorpio side you mentioned. There will be soul searching and maybe bi-polar moments and a temporary sense of loss or losing one’s direction. But everything will be stabilized with the powerful energy of Sowilo The second part of his life will get better and better…does he have a Cap ASC, or something similar in Cap, perhaps the MC? What about Leo or 5th house? There is a lot of energy, drive and creativity coming from the 5 of wands and the upcoming cards. His entire emotional energy, so typical for Scorpio, all that Pluto volcano will eventually come out through direct action and creation. He will know pure happiness and he will recover and find the joy of childhood, an Age of Innocence. He will know and experience thr wonder of the world, the miracle of life. Maybe he will actually work ina field where he is a giver of life. Or he will create and implement ideas. It’s an alchemical process so typical for the number 5, the number of the magical act. His life will be an adventure. Your son is a Creator Innovator. The number 5 is the most dynamic and energetic of all the single-digit numbers. It is unpredictable, always in motion and constantly in need of change. Although it is molded from an almost equal mix of masculine and feminine qualities, in general the 5 is slightly more feminine -- albeit a daring, tomboyish kind of feminine, with nothing demure or submissive about her. The 5 is extremely independent in mind and soul. She is an adventurer and a risk-taker who has a hard time staying in one place, in one job, in one house or in one relationship. Change is an absolute necessity, and yet the 5 is surprisingly loyal. The 2 and 6 are the most harmonious relationship numbers but either one will, when temptation is strong enough, cheat on his or her partner. The 5 will not. The 5 may break off a relationship due to her restless nature, but while in a relationship she will not deceive her partner. However, when she is not in a relationship she considers herself free to date anyone she chooses and has no problem going out with a different person every day of the week (and you better not try to tell her she should limit herself in any way, at least not if you want to stay on her good side). The 5 generally does not find a suitable career until she has tried a number of different jobs, many of them lasting barely long enough to warrant a full paycheck, especially if there is any kind of routine involved; boredom sets in almost immediately and the 5 simply cannot put up with anything predictable or repetitive. But again, the 5 will surprise her friends and family once she does find her niche, usually after age 30, as her focus, energy and quick mind help her scramble up the ladder faster and with less apparent effort than anyone else. Many 5s take up careers that require travel or otherwise offer a change of environment regularly, becoming tour guides, salespeople, small business owners, independent consultants, lawyers and so forth. The 5 can adjust quickly to pretty much anything coming her way, and that includes the work environment. On top of that, the 5 is usually tall and good-looking, charming, and charismatic -- all qualities that support her in her career once she sets her mind to it. In addition, the 5 is versatile, adaptable, smart, progressive and tolerant. Anything conventional bores her, while she is drawn to the eccentrics and misfits of society. She is a social creature, funny and uplifting, and very good at making others feel comfortable around her. She is generally well-liked and is often surrounded with friends and acquaintances. However, she also tends to polarize people and those that don't like her tend to be the uptight, self-righteous and judgmental kind. But perhaps the most dominating trait in the 5 is her uncompromising demand for freedom in thought and action. She makes up her own mind, rebels against any and all dogmas and ideologies, and does not allow herself to be absorbed into clubs, cults, religious sects or ideologies of any kind. Her adventurous, daredevil nature may get her to ride motorcycles but she will not ride with a large group. Chances are she will be rather opinionated and passionate about political issues, but she will not be a member of any party or be nailed down in any way. She changes her mind regularly, but never without good reason. She cannot be controlled but she is flexible and can be converted if the argument is solid and makes sense. She has a healthy sense of humor and doesn't sweat the little things, but she carries her heart on her sleeve and it is not at all uncommon for her to give her heart to the wrong person, as she is not the greatest judge of character. On the negative side, she can be selfish, thoughtless and irresponsible. She rarely considers the future beyond tomorrow or next week, and worrying is not in her nature. She tends to procrastinate and can be unreliable. However, the most common downfall for the 5 is a tendency to experiment with sex, drugs, alcohol and other weaknesses of the flesh. A desire for instant gratification can be her downfall; add to that a sense of invulnerability, lack of discipline and restraint, and you have a recipe for disaster. The shape of numbers reflect their nature, and just as the 4 is square and grounded, the 5 is a symbol of dynamic motion. The 4 is controlled, measured, synchronized, and static. The 5 is random energy, elastic and constantly in motion. Symbolism • It is the number of the harmony and the balance. It is also the number of the divine grace. • The number 5 is a characteristic of the man. First, according to the Cabal, it is the number of the perfect Man (got rid from his animal side). According to the Bible, it is the symbol of the Man-God by the five wounds of the Christ on cross (for this reason, it is also considered as the number of the grace). But it is also associated to the man in general (2 + 3) having an unstable character of duality, 2, in spite of his divinity, 3. The 5 is also found on the human body: the five fingers of the hand and feet, the five senses (touch, taste, sense of smell, hearing and the sight), the five members (two arms, two legs and the head, the bust being the center), the five bones forming the metacarpus, the metatarse and the brain-pan, etc. • Considerated as the mediator between God and the universe, the five is regarded as a symbol of the universe. • Symbol of the will's divine. • Symbol of the perfection in the Mayas. • Symbol of the incarnated conscience - 4, Matter, + 1, Spirit. • Symbolize the force and the limits of the man in his control on the Universe. • According to Thibaut Of Langres, the number 5 is attributed to the world for some reasons. First because the world is moved following a circular movement, just as the 5 when we multiply it by itself or by the other odd ones returns periodically. Also it is called in this sense "periodical". Five years make a lustre, from "lustrare" which means "to make the turn". On the other hand, 5 is attributed to the world due to the fact that it is composed of the first even and odd, 2 and 3. The world indeed, that is to say the whole of things, increases by the male and the female - even is female and odd male. • In China, it is the number of the Center in addition to be considered as a male number amulet. • Number of the life and the nature, according to Aeppli. • Being the sum or rather the union of the first female number and the first male number, it is the symbol of creative life and erotic love according to Jung. But this one interprets also this number as that of the revolt. • A nuptial number for the Etruscans and Romans because it is the first number resulting from the addition the first female number and the first male number. For the same reason, C. Agrippa calls it the number of the marriage. • For H.- P. Blavatsky, "5 is the spirit of life and human love." Bible • The five wounds of Jesus on the cross. • The five parts of the clothing remaining of Jesus during his crucifixion after the soldiers had made four parts of his dress, plus his tunic which they did not tear. (Jn 19,23) • Saint Paul declares that by five times he received the 39 lashes from the Jews. (2 Co 11,24) • The five mad and wise virgins of the parable of Jesus. (Mt 25,1) • The five porticos of the pool of Bethesda. (Jn 5,2) • The five pebbles which made it possible to small king David to kill the giant Goliath. • The five kinds of animals that God asked Abraham to present to him to conclude with him an alliance: a heifer of three years old, a goat of three years old, a ram of three years old, a turtledove and a young dove. (Gn 12, 5-18) • The five books of the Torah (the Law) according to the Judaism that corresponds to the number of the first books of the Bible. The book of the Lamentations of Jeremiah contains also five chapters. General • The five wounds of Egypt sent by God by the intermediary of Moses, according to the Koran: the flood, grasshoppers, lice, frogs and blood. • The five paths leaving from the Calvary and directing to the whole world, according to visions' of Ann-Catherine Emmerick. • In the visions of Maria Valtorta, Jesus classifies the kinds of love in five categories, each one of different power and which are in the order: the love of God, the paternal or maternal love, the conjugal love, the love of the neighbor, the love of the science and the work. The three firsts are of higher power, while the last three are of lower power. But these six divisions are reduced to five because the love of the neighbor and the conjugal love are of identical nature even if they have not the same force, the conjugal love being indeed only a particular case of the love of the neighbor. • In the revelations received by Don Stefano Gobbi, of the Marian Movement of Priests, it is question of the five famous mountains climbed by Jesus: it is on the mountain that he promulgated the evangelical law of Beatitudes; it is on the Thabor mount that he lived the ecstasy of his transfiguration; it is to Jerusalem, city located on the mountain, that he gathered one's people for the Last Supper and that he passed painful hours of his internal agony; it is on the mountain of the Calvary that he consumed his sacrifice, on the mount of Olives that happened his definitive detachment of one's people by his glorious ascension to the heaven. • A rosary of the Virgin Mary has five mysteries meditated. • The practice of the five first Saturdays of the month, asked initially by the Virgin Mary to Lucy of Fatima on October 10, 1925. • In Italy, in Lanciano, exists a reliquary, since the 13th century, where is found a miraculous devoted host. While celebrating the mass, a priest came to doubt the real presence of Jesus-Christ in the Eucharist; and, under his eyes, the devoted host becomes a slice of flesh, and the wine, blood which coagulated in five clots. The analyses, undertaken between November 18, 1970 and March 4, 1971, by professors Limoli and Bertelli, from the Faculty of Medicine of Siena, in Italy, concluded, after examination of the host and the blood preserved since the 13th century, that they had no modification! The flesh is a slice of human cardiac muscle, resulting from the myocardium. The blood corresponds to the blood of which it would have been taken out of a human being the same day of the examination. And the five clots of blood, of unequal size, weigh all the same weight each one separately; and all together, put in the same plate of the balance, the weight remains identical without variation. • The five commandments of Buddha Gautama: You will not kill; You will not steal; You will not be impudic; You will not lie; You will not drink intoxicating liquors. Buddhism distinguishes also five great evils: the ignorance, the anger, the desire, the malevolence and the envy. • In the mythology of "Dogons" we find some themes which seem to remind some beliefs of others religions. For example, the bad angel Ogo revolts over Lucifer after having killed his twin sister as Cain had killed his brother Abel. The good angel Nomo, twin brother of Ogo, is crucified to save men from sin, but he resuscitates five days later, period as sacred as the week of Easter for Christians, and became the week of five days which is still practiced nowadays by the "Dogons". • The five couples of Adam and Eve that they would have had there simultaneously and this, in five different places on the planet, on the five continents, like prototypes of five different races, according to Edgar Cayce. However, according to the mythology of "Dogons", it is rather four amphibious couples men and women that the god Ama would have created and placed on Earth. Those first humans were immortal, but their descendants became mortals because of their sins. • According to visions of Ann-Catherine Emmerich, the forbidden fruits of the Tree of the Knowledge of the good and the evil of the Garden in Eden hung by five bunches. • In the Gospel of Thomas, Jesus mentions that there are "five trees in the paradise that do not move neither Summer nor winter and their leaves do not fall. Those who will know them won't die." (log 19.7-11) • The five fundamental virtues: wisdom, love, truth, goodness and justice. • The five commandments of the Church: to sanctify the feastdays, to assist the mass on Sunday and the feastdays, to confess his sins at least once a year, to receive the communion at least during Easter, and to pay the tithe to the Church - instead of that, others versions speak about the respect of the obligatory fastdays. The Church recommends also five acts to believers before the Communion: the act of faith, love, humility, desire and hope. • The visions of the saints are classified according to five categories: beatific or intuitive vision, "abstract" vision, intellectual vision, imaginary vision and the corporal vision. • The trip of Mary and Joseph to Bethlehem, for the birth of Jesus, lasted five days. They arrived on a Saturday, around four o'clock in the evening, according to visions of Mary Agreda. • The five pillars of the Islam: profession of faith, CHAHADA; ritual prayer, SALAT; legal alms, ZAKAT; fast of the Ramadan, SAWM; and the pilgrimage to Mecca, HADJDJ. • The Greeks philosophers admitted five principles in the man: body, animal soul, psyche, intelligence and divine spirit. • The five cycles of the Chinese lunar calendar of twelve lunar years each. • The five elements of the Chinese theory: water, fire, wood, metal, ground. • For the Tibetans, the five elements connected to five geometrical forms: the cube to the the ground, the sphere to the water, the cone to the fire, the half-circle to the air, and the flame to the ether. • The five "takbirs" or formula of prayer, in the Islamic religion. The Moslems insist that the prayer is done five times every day. Let us mention that Mahomet was five years old when his Abdallah father died. • The five suns or eras at the Aztecs. • In Hebrew, the number 5 means "seizure, contraction like the five fingers". It is, told Fabre D'Oliver, the matter seized by the most material of the five senses. • There is in Quebec 5 archbishoprics. • The spacial representation of the number 5 is the pyramid (5 summits with 5 faces) and also the pentagram (5 sides) so the man would be included there. • The five Zener cards used for some tests of parapsychology. The graphics of each cards corresponds to the first five numbers. • The five lines of the stave in music. • The five reigns: elemental, mineral, vegetable, animal and human. • The five oceans (Pacific, Atlantic, Indian, Arctic and Antarctic) with the five parts of the geographical world: Europe, Asia, Africa, America, Oceania. • In the continuation of fundamental numbers of 1 to 9, 5 is in the center, as it is in the center of the magic square using the first 9 numbers. • Anniversary of marriage: wood's wedding. Gematria • Numerical value of the Hebrew letter He (the Not-Me) representing the passive principle by excellence. This letter represents, according to Charrot, "a solar ray pouring on the earth its beneficial rain of life" and it symbolizes the universal life, the breath of the man, the air, the spirit, the soul, all what is stimulating and vivifying. For the cabalist Eleazar of Worm, the letter "He" symbolizes "the breath" .
The meaning of the Hierophant in his case (5) must be related to challenging the status quo.

It is his destiny in this live to bring those two different ways of living together. That can be either to work on a social project and transform or you. I just do not know if you want this Knight of Swords.[/B]
This almost made me cry, thank you so much Yes, he has been unhappy and has lived in some sort of confinement. He has Saturn conj MC exact and SN (2) squaring Sun/DSC exact. It is AMAZING to see these planets and angles in your spread! I am so happy to see his path is embracing the world, so the detachment from the Saturn/SN prison is possible. He has lived in isolation and I hope to be the one who brings Mannaz to him, or in fact him to Mannaz He is not a knight of swords, he is king of cups/knight of pents, but I think the knight of sw may emphasise the "breaking free" movement and a rapidly evolving process/chain of events at some point. Thank you so much!

When shuffling the 5 of discs pooped into my head as his archetype and I was pondering it until I refocused on the question and his initial and sure enough it came up as his archetype. I'm not sure how to get the pictures like you do but the cards are as follows:10 of discs- Devil- 5 of discs- one of rods- Star In short I believe he is here to work out some karma, but some serious stuff.
Thank you so much for this, it's unbelievably spot on! Very beautiful interpretation and the cards are amazingly real, even his chart is there (Pluto on ASC - Devil) and what I mentioned to GK (10 of discs 5 of discs), theme reflected in your spread too. I love the ending of the spread to pieces!

Your pull actually echoed my chart a lot. I'm a late Pisces ASC with Mars in the first and Neptune in the 10 close to my MC. The stuff about equal potential for destruction and creation. Yep. Have felt that way my entire life. Like I walk this fine balance. Although in my deck the 8 is justice and strength is 11. Although I can see justice fitting here too. The whole not romantic but practical. Yep. IP: Logged |

oh wow awesome, LC! look at that 8 of wands - mars in the 1st. And all that Neptune energy in the 8 of cups, especially Neptune on MC. But I am even more shocked, Neptune on MC???? this means chasing a dream! not to mention potential for huge success in making it real. ------------------ I seem to have loved you in numberless forms... Lol. It's a 9 degree applying onjunction so not exactly on the MC. My Saturn/Uranus conjunction is right on my MC in a 2 and 1 degree separating conjunction, respectively. You should do my sister, we're twins. Fraternal. IP: Logged |

Hi LeeLoo,Can you find out my archetype when you are available? I have a deck of tarot that I can pull for you when I get home in a few hours later. But I am not good in describing them. If are unable to, it's ok too. 😄 Thank You! quote: Originally posted by LeeLoo2014: How about my dear PM? What is his archetype? Anyone wants to exchange with me?

I meant the knight of swords as "breaking free" or transformative card. I tried to purchase the Tarot cards and failed. I bought long time ago the major arcana, because of the beautiful painting and not of the meaning. It seems as the entire Tarot cards do not belong to me. The rune Dagaz can be associated with the Fool in Tarot. R has an complicated soul, but he can make it. IP: Logged |
