The moon - the empress - wheel of fortune - the hermit - the chariot

It's about an artwork and offering it to someone royal actually.
Could this be reflected in moon and empress?
Outcome cards I guess are the remaining, but what does the hermit mean if I am working with someone else on this as a team?
Is this good or bad then?

Thank you so much in advance!

Will it be sent to them?
Is this a gift?
I see someone evaluating, searching, checking the package maybe (such as security, customs?), the Hermit checking the Wheel which suggests evaluation, and then giving a go (Chariot). Some transportation is involved, with Chariot.

Unless someone is supposed to evaluate and approve the work of art (which is suggested by Moon Empress, apart from what you said)

if the royalty is supposed to buy it, they will probably hire an expert to evaluate it (the Hermit) or do it nevertheless, even if it's a gift

Actually, I'm thinking the painting must definitely be the wheel here, and now I am curious if it has something round in it or wheel related, or related to karma, fate, luck, any kind of motion.

Also, what was your actual question?
