I saw a 3x4 for timing and we shall see.

Three rows of four

Across
The first row is thoughts
Second is the trigger row
Third is the manifestation

Down
First row is the past
Second row is the present
Third is immediate future
Fourth is 1 month ahead.

It seems very accurate from my tests but
