I am not very familiar with Tarot cards and the term of twinflame and/or soulmate.
I want to see in a beautiful relationship spread a 2. 2 of cups are good, the Lovers or any other card with two people in it. The cards above show a man on a horse. Therefore my guess is: Your soulmate is on his way, there is no need to struggle for it.
