In a romantic context when you ask how someone feels for you and you get The World, I can't help but think that it may mean that their feelings have ended for you - absolved - come to a completion of some sort, I don't like seeing this card as someones feelings for another. Because in the past when I asked about past ex bfs feelings I would see it as something that has ended - completed. Same goes as how someone sees you - so the world in regards to feelings and how someone else sees you is not one of my favorite cards as it speaks about endings.

What is your experience with this card in regards to these questions?

you should have drawn a clarifier to see what the card really mean. World is generally a positive card. It could mean he thinks the world of you. As the last card of the major arcana, may mean a completion. Draw a clariefier.

Soaring feelings, comfortable, the person makes you high; unreachable, person is either eternal bachelor or married, already deeply committed to someone - "for life".

If the question is related to a long-distance relationship, this card will be descriptive, it shows the person is far or sees you as far away. But I agree with Orange Randall and Venus, that's generally a great card for feelings. It means thinking the world of someone, feeling one can take the whole world with them, a need for growth and expansion, feeling complete. But all in combination with others cards or at least a clarifier.

It also shows someone liking your appearance.
