My initial instinct would say that the King of cups describes your soulmate (his personality and psychology, to a degree maybe even his physical appearance) and lovers represents a good, romantic relationship (naturally you and him). Seems like two very positive cards. The king of cups is a sensitive, romantic, family-oriented, strong and emotionally mature/stable and intutive guy. You're either in a relationship with him (lovers) or will be and the lovers cards indicate a happy ending with the king of cups type.
