With the cups I tend to say: bring him drinks and then ask.

Try asking him if he is a morning/night person and based on this idea go further and tell him how you were born in the morning/night and try to seem curious and ask his birth time - morning or night around what hour.. ?

Well, I walked up to Mr Sag and simply asked him. And we didn`t even know each other then. First time we met. It worked, he got his mobile and called his parents to ask.

When we first met I asked in a group conversation and he actually gave me a fake birthday at first to see what I would say about the different signs. He's refused to tell me his time of birth a couple of times after that. Hence the cards.

Your response is still welcomed. I have yet to attempt asking again so you're in the clear

In general, my advice is to scheme, always scheme.

But, with the cards in the question, I'd say simply ask. With charm!

Cappy's are known to be party poopers.

And no not yet. Charm doesn't really work on him.
