Thank you very much. I am glad to see you're not all wicked-and-vice about 7 of Cups; the card has a bit of rep. In my spreads it usually shows a good plenitude of choice + inability to choose because one can't decide which is better/flashier. Sometimes it means wondrous.

1) Queen of Pentacles

Given the contex, Queen of Cups would be preferable in order for me to give you positive assurance; but as it happens, we got Q/P who is occupied with work,money,managing and most importantly (self-)care . Them guides want to talk about you, and to them, you're Q/P .

2) 10/Swords

"Stop putting yourself in position that leads to dead end,where you've exhausted every option; end this shizz. Stop talking/thinking/asking about this." (This my usual interpretation. But, I wonder if this means that you're going to "nail" ,"hunt" somebody down. The other 2 cards are supportive about this. My cards are cool, I know!)

It's important for you to focus on any creative or artistic talents you may have. This doesn't have to be literal artistic talent but can relate to any type of skill that allows you the ability to express your unique point of view - writing skills, intuitive abilities, coming up with a previously unthought of philosophy/plan for weight loss...something of that nature. The idea is that you must cultivate whatever creation or talent you have buried within you and share that with others - this is where you will have the most impact on the world professionally.

It's important to let go of any need you may have to be "the boss" and rather assert yourself as an individual. However, this is actually a bit short-sighted for someone with your intelligence and capability. Take some time now before you start looking at new jobs to reflect on your struggles with your career as well as your successes. You may not fit into a particular mould that you are trying to set for yourself and therefore may feel frustrated or as though you are failing. Really sit back and identify what it is you are trying to achieve and start realistically looking at your thoughts and beliefs about yourself, what you want from life, and what you need from life. Then, gather your strength start heading toward your highest good.
