8 of swords - King of Wands - 8 of wands - 2 of coins - 4 of wands
central card is the 8 of wands, so there should be a very swift development, maybe following a quick message, esp. in the mid of the month. the first half will start not so great though. 8 of swords really sucks.  Either you might be caught up in a negative mind set, or you feel like your hands will bound and you cannot really act. Maybe you`ve got too attached on a certain thing and have to try something else? Nevettheless then something changes and the rest of the month will be quite energetic. Maybe a fire-man will play a role, someone who will encourage your or support you, or otherwise you will take control and make things happen; there might even be at least 2 different options that you will juggle and have to decide about, which project you will take.
With 4 of wands as the last card, the month should end on a happy energetic very stable note, and you should be albe to live out your creative side (with all those wands cards, it feels like a warm January. lol)

-》okay, January will start with a fresh new start and reflecting what had and has happened. I think everyone is gonna experience this though with the ace of cups I see a huge longing and also a new beginning in your love life and/or what you desire. With the clarifiers I think it is something to do with invitations and Teamwork and since I pulled pentacles I think it will be a very grounded thing, like real invitations and not just daydreaming. I think the pentacles also show your new year at work. Maybe you will get a new Task or new colleagues or something like that.
With the 9 of wands i think you will be deeply sceptical about both your love and professional life, you will be cautious and watch first before taking any actions or conclusions.
The hierophant closing the spread tell me that things will manifest in your life in again a very grounded way, you might even become more self confident or spiritual Of course the hierophant could also represent your school. IP: Logged |

Thank you, Enneline. That is a very interesting spread, the mix of reflection/ thinking with something tangible, the mix of emotional openness and new beginnings and leaps of faith with a stance of waiting and the "let`s wait and see attitude" in the 9 of wands (also possibly reflecting on past hurt and not feeling too trusting because of that) and the Hierophant is a weird card to me. It`s so traditional and I`d say boring and status quo and then on the other hand it is also a teacher and about doing things the right way, so we`ll see what this will all translate to. And yes, I could definitely see my role as a teacher emphasized in this too.
The hierophant even mirrors the Fool - could be any more contradictory? lol

Orange I had a little look at my next lunar return(2nd week of January) and it looks like maybe there will be changes in the home....so hopefully it means i will get somewhere Juno/saturn conjunct in 4th house
pluto/sun conjunct in 4th house
mercury in the 4th house opposing my moon exact. 4th house is busy..... Saturn was in my SR 4th house last year and I moved.. Will let you know for sure, thanks! Pls dnt quote IP: Logged |

VG,wow...guess what when i bought one of my houses and moved into it, that month LR had Saturn and Juno in the 4th house.
So, yes to that combination, especially Saturn in the 4th. I also had Mars in the 2nd, for spending cash on the house. IP: Logged |

Interesting...I got my tax back this month... and had Jupiter in 8th and Uranus in 2nd LR. I had some expenditure as well. For the january LR, i will have jupiter in the 2nd...looks not too bad. Though i wont have the cash to buy one, just rent. I never look into LR but i had seen someone post about LR in the other forum, so i had a look. Thanks Pls dnt quote

Gemini Karat, Judgement - 7 of cups - 9 of pentacles - 8 of cups - Ace of Cups Well, one thing is for sure it seems like emotions are highlighted in january, esp. an emotional development.
An important month as well in that regard. In the centre we have the 9 of pentacles, I think that is you, being stable, emotionally grounded and centred, and actually relatively content on your own, which is a good thing with the emotional cards surrounding you. It might also mean that it will be a rather introspective month. Anyway pretty much at the beginning it might be that a person will come back into your life, or something else from the past resurfaces, maybe just you thinking, whatever it is, it will ask you to make an evaluation and reevaluation of things, to come to a realization about how you would like things to proceed, maybe making a decision. The problem is that whatever resurfaces and asks a judgement of you, will also leave you a bit confused. Maybe you feel too dreamy to come to a clear decision. or there are too many options and variables and you don`t know which one to pick. So that would be the first part of the month I think, a resurfacing of an old story or person, wanting to reevaluate it, but feeling like you cannot see clearly enough. The second part of the month then sees you actually turning your back on something, possibly the past or past scenarios that never really worked out for you anyway, and moving into a direction of more meaningful soulfulfillment. You feel pulled somewhere probably, if you do, follow the call you feel inside your heart. And at the end of the month then things will be very emotional, an emotional rebirth, maybe you even fall in love or there will be a lot of creativity unleashed. In fact I think using mirroring, that you will turn your back (8 of cups) on too many options (7 of cups) and maybe decide for one, and that will lead to a reemerging or rebirth (judgement) of love, creativity or emotional connectedness (Ace of Cups).

GK,wow those are some strong cards here. Something's got to go this month of January. Could it be a new years resolution? The major theme of the month will be a removal of something. Maybe a bad habit? Or are you trying to sell your house? Or something around the house that you no longer need....you tell me. The central card is Scythe and the surrounding cards are Stork ( Change) and Cross (something that was a burden). Looks like the removal will be causing you stress but at the same time it is a beneficial riddance ( Stork).
The flanking cards are Ship and Book , I wonder what that means - do you have somebody in the household who is going away to study? It looks like someone is departing . I dont know, GK, looks like a month when things will be changing. Ship - Stork - Scythe - Cross - Book IP: Logged |
