I asked what X wants out of our situation9 of Pentacles + Queen of Swords these two cards don't seem to have much of a romantic feel, but more building and growing from each other's ideas? or possibly getting to know each other better through communication? if anybody has any thoughts it'd be greatly appreciated IP: Logged |

well this is a work relationship so im wondering if it simply has to do with wanting to cultivate and work on our project since queen of swords is about ideas
not too sure about queen of swords.

Is X female?
They could want to be single, take care of themselves and cut through the bullsht. It can also show that money will be good and won't be spent carelessly. Also the Queen of Swords is sharp in her communication and does not waste time in small talk, so expect short but clear communication.
If you are female it could be that they want you to be more independent, however that may apply here, and communicate less but very clear.IP: Logged |

Perhaps in the sense of wanting you to be financially well-off and make sensible decisions, take on a leadership role in a project if they are your superior?
In a more romantic sense it could be that they'd like you to be available, but it's a pentacle so there is something about finances and mental sharpness here. I don't see emotional involvement from these cards.

Well other questions I've asked were"how does X feel about me?"
Ace of Pentacles, 9 of Wands Reversed "what is something i should know about X"
King of Cups yes maybe you're right with the 9 of pentacles. or can it mean they want something stable but as coworkers? and no they are not my superior btw, just coworker working together on the same project IP: Logged |

But with the 9 of wands reversed they either gave up on this idea/feeling or are feeling a bit too stressed, maybe edgy and like they can't go on, perhaps very tired, wanting to give up.
With them embodying the energy of the King of Cups it could be that they are not showing this - they are keeping their feelings to themselves whatever they may be. I suppose they are quite emotionally mature.IP: Logged |

Thanks - yes it seems pretty accurate in terms of our project. But is there a way to get an answer from the tarot about what X thinks about me, and not our project? if you know what i mean. IP: Logged |

In my personal experience - not always. If their focus is on the work you two are doing together you may not get any personal references from him about you. If they do have personal thoughts about you then you should be able to get an answer from the tarot. When asking your question be as specific as you can. Ask the cards about personal thoughts/feelings etc, maybe even ask to exclude any work-related situations. If you are too emotionally involved with this person the cards may show your feelings instead of theirs.IP: Logged |
