You seem to have some difficulty remembering what you wrote. You out and out called me a liar, then you say you don’t know why I am upset. I have a rather lengthy and widespread reputation for honesty, so you are barking up the wrong tree if you think you are going to get many people to believe I am a liar. Still, it is never pleasant when someone is totally mean-spirited. Obviously, you could not answer a single question that I have asked, so you decided to attack me instead. Very enLIGHTened of you.

Further to the point of you contradicting yourself, you wrote

And now you say there are no unwritten secrets, no mantras, no ways for Masters to identify themselves to each other. Just because you don’t know them doesn’t mean they don’t exist. They are not in place to indicate that one person or group is “better” than any other. They are in place to quickly weed out fakes and charlatans who claim to be Masters, but are not. You have said numerous times what is and is not a part of Mastership, then you say you are not yet a Master. Well, then, how do you know what Mastership comprises? You can’t have it both ways. You are not the arbiter of what an Initiate or Master are. You talk in circles, which come to a complete halt when you are asked something that even first level Acolytes can answer. You don’t even know a lot of the things that are written, much less the things that aren’t. Why are you trying to misrepresent yourself? And of course you can achieve Mastership alone and as a hermit, but you are still given the answers. They come from spirit instead of incarnated Masters, but they are the same answers, the same directions, the same codes. The Mysteries of the Universe do not change according to who is seeking them or how that seeker proceeds upon his or her path. So perhaps you should stop saying that things are lies or nonsense just because you don’t know them. Your lack of knowledge and insight do not negate the thousands of lifetimes that real Masters have spent assuring that the Stream of True Knowledge is passed on for all humanity. Seek rather than speak occasionally. You might find your way to the truth.

And so now you are intimating you remember Linda’s last conversation with me? By all means, repeat even one sentence. I have asked you numerous times here to provide even one small example of something personal from Linda’s life. You can’t. That is because you don’t know anything beyond what has been written publicly. You say it would be easier to walk away than to remember the things that you do, yet you can’t come up with a single thing that you remember. You did try a stab in the dark with your comments about Robert Brewer, but you were completely wrong. And by the way, Linda would be UTTERLY OUTRAGED that you have cast aspersions against his character by suggesting he was abusive. She loved him and the reason they broke up had absolutely nothing to do with anything you have tried to guess. So come on…lets have one single accurate personal memory from Linda. Just one.

You constantly paint yourself as a poor, pathetic victim upon whom everyone gangs up. Frankly, your snarling rude accusations sound more like Gollum than Goodman. You do not display even the tiniest modicum of the grace or wit with which Linda wrote. If you check back a couple of pages, you will rediscover that I only entered this conversation because you became profane and abusive when Trillian said she knew friends of Linda’s. You were absolutely WRONG, but you refuse to admit or acknowledge it. That is so not Linda. She did have an ego, but it was not so large as to prevent her from admitting a mistake when she made one.

And, yes, I did see the movie “Birth” with Nicole Kidman. I’m glad you brought that up and are drawing comparisons between yourself and the reincarnated husband. If you remember correctly, the boy knew TONS of personal information and memories that only the husband would have known. Maybe he remembered them, maybe he got them from a box of letters. Either way, he at least knew SOMETHING. You, on the other hand, know ZERO memories from Linda. Absolutely nada. Hmmmm…wonder what that indicates.

You say that you have been trying to find the Truth for a long time. Here is a little gift for you. I’m sure you have heard it before, because even though it is the first step to becoming a Master, it hasn’t been a secret for centuries. Give away ALL that you have to those in need and seek the Source of the Universe. Try to do so as anonymously as possible. It is really good for you. And before you even ask, yes, I have done so myself more than once.

You keep saying that you have work to do. I notice that you have posted over 3000 posts since July. Perhaps if you actually leave the computer for a while and go do some good works, like maybe volunteer at a soup kitchen or homeless shelter or Senior Citizen’s home or day care centre or anything at all that doesn’t involve you trying to bully others into your way of thinking, you will accomplish something. It is very true that you are your own guru, but that doesn’t mean that every fantasy that pops into your head is based in incontrovertible fact. If you really want to fix your mistakes, I suggest you start by admitting to them, at least to yourself if not to all present here.

I am very sorry for you and for how sad you must be in the hole you have dug for yourself. I may return to this thread another time or two, but that will be it. I am getting ready to leave on an archaeological investigation on Sunday and I won’t be back for over a week. Before I go, however, I will check back to see if you have been able to conjure up a single personal memory from Linda or if you are still dancing around the subject to the tune of the Poor Me song. I have no intention whatsoever of contacting you privately because I do not trust you in any way and I would prefer all our conversations to be public. That way you cannot twist what I say or make up lies and stories about me. I notice some other people who used to consider themselves your friends are now Pure Evil by your account. By the way, have you considered contacting Bill, Jill, or Michael? I’d just love to hear what they have to say about your claims and about the things you have written in Linda’s name. Perhaps you can tell us one of Linda’s favourite personal stories about one of them. If you have any of her memories at all, surely you have at least one of those.
