Hi
Re: the reading of Gooberz

If at first you dont succeed....keep trying.

This is a site dedicated to Linda Goodman and if you dont read Gooberz at least once, you are missing meeting Linda face to face!

This was her swansong, her masterpiece, her gift to readers over and above facts and figures. Let her take you on a soul dance... called poetry.. it isnt to be analysed. Swirl with it dive in and if you feel like pulling your toes out of the water right away, don't... stay in and forget you dont like poetry and drift... sooner or later it will catch up to you and your resistance will melt and it will catapult you like a quantum dictionary into a freefall space of spontaneous creativity...its a pixilated mantra an epic magical mystery tour and a cosmic love poem.

I guess you can tell I like it!

I have been reading how so many of you can't get into Gooberz ... its a resource from Linda to you and each time you read it, it will be like a different book. You will find that it sometimes feels like it's reading you and perhaps that is why it unerves some people...but you are dedicated Linda fans and a little unerving is exciting. So, if you havent got around to it, Please honor Linda and read it! You will be so glad you did. Love

Thank you, NOVA,

For the reminder. I've been thinking about reading it recently- I am one of those procranstinators. I first started reading it a few years ago, but stopped not long after the first hundred pages or so I think. It was not because I didn't like poetry- on the contrary, I do.

Anyway, hopefully I will start arranging additional room in my daily schedule for reading "Gooberz" tomorrow. Thanks again.

May not be able to get back to you...appreciate your say nevertheless...D
