Now you get to see where the Forum name, For Yellow Wax And The Ants, comes from. When you get to that section, well, let's just say, it's one of the most emotional parts of Gooberz.

Question:

Have you ever had a reading group w/ discussion on Star Signs?

Mayyyybeee you could do that in Pilgrim's Promise, or wherever..
And tell everyone on the other forums that you are doing it, so you could pick up a slower forum.
Seems like alot of new folk have read and loved that book.
I think it would make for a lively discussion.

Great idea! Star Signs is still in publication, with some rather inepensive paperback copies available for first-timers. And people might want to re-read it. Linda said she never wanted Gooberz to go to paperback, because it would go out of print if it did, and that's exactly what happened.

Cool.
I look forward to that.
Even though I've read it 9,643 (yes, random) times, I would love hearing others thoughts on some of the things in there.

I believe you can find Star Signs pretty darn cheap on Ebay, and other such places.

Gooberz should of always stayed the big, giant, gorgeous hardback that it is.
It's art, on the inside and out.

I wonder if we should separate the chapters with a different string for each? Yeah, Star Signs is super cheap, but you have to add shipping. It is actually cheap brand new if it's in the local bookstore.

"All deaths are suicides, do you realize that? Every single one. The only distinction is that, with some people, suicide is a subconscious choice, and with others it's a conscious choice. Otherwise, those who commit suicide and those who succumb to accident, illness or "old age," die for exactly the same reason: belief in the inevitability of death." Linda Goodman
