The Cantos seem to mold themselves to each reader.

I love reading Gooberz and thank you for clearing this up for me. I keep thinking...maybe I'm reading too deep into things...but it brings up these feelings in me. I had to take a mini-break because it felt so emotional. But will continue soon with Canto Seventeen.

I'm a Pisces and am very emotional, intuitive, and sensitive but I see that as a gift. I actually love that Gooberz makes me think so much.

Thanks again Randall...very helpful! I haven't looked around in this section much and am happy to know there are your reviews to read and see what others have also wrote and their views.

I noticed STAR SIGNS are in this forum. I went to a book sale at a local library. There were tons of people and books were being bought in a frenzy. After it cleared out somewhat I was able to go back through the tables and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw Linda's book "Star Signs" still there for sale. I wasn't even aware at the time that she had written that book. I already had "Sun Signs" and "Love Signs".

How could that book still be there? Was it waiting for me?

I grabbed that book and clutched it to my chest and felt like I won the lottery! I was beaming and wouldn't let it go. (I paid $1.00). I didn't care about all the other books I had picked. THIS was the one that was meant for me to find.

I'm happy to see I can join in on some of the topics from that book too.

Doing a Happy Dance!!

I did start back in and am almost done with Canto Eighteen. Why do I get soooo sad? I don't think I interpret things correctly and go by my feelings too much. I find it very heart-breaking. *sniffle*

That's what I get for being a romantic.

Take a look at my signature!!

It's heart breaking for all of us. Linda had a way with words that stir the Soul.

It seems that when she was happy it was lovingly perfect but when not....sounds soooo sad. But..I guess being human we all feel like that at times. On top of the world and all feels like bliss then for whatever reason(s) we fall off the mountain and wonder how we landed in such a hard spot.

I think I will try hard to appreciate the good moments more to make happy memories because when the bad moments come (and they do) they come with a vengeance.

It makes you question everything. Love, Life, your Choices, etc. Gawd! I'm thinking too deep.

Do you feel Linda was ever truly happy during her lifetime?

Yes, she was very happy a lot of the time. But she carried huge burdens and lived through a lot of loss.

It's easier to recall the sad moments.

I think this happens in many peoples lives. We have to try hard to remember and appreciate the good times. The sad moments seem to linger.

Looking back on my life so far...I have had hard burdens and a lot of loss and yet I'm still here trying daily. (like so many others).

Linda's gift was being able to put into words her thoughts and feelings and she in that way helped so many.

Hi,Randall am half way through came across the seven cycle of Saturn.I could understand that after every seven years every cells in our body except for the brain cells gets replenished but what about our body temple being taken over by another higher evolved soul maybe from another galaxy???

Thanks roshanrai!

I happened to pick up Star Signs last night and turned to the Afterword. It gave me a little more insight into Gooberz. (I can't say I understand everything in Gooberz but am trying and enjoying the book).

Star Signs looks like a very interesting, deep book and I can't wait to read through that one also. I want to finish Gooberz first. I'm almost done with Canto Eighteen.

Hope you are enjoying Gooberz!
