I remember one line from star signs that don't think about rainy days and rainy days won't ever come. So I would like to be always optimistic and thinks positive. But recently somebody said that be prepared to worst so you don't have to feel depressed when thing does not come up the way you expect them to be. I am confused. Guide me!
I don't in which topic this question would come.

Hi sVirgo.

Let me give you my opinion.

It's certainly true that thoughts have energy, so positive thoughts will help bring positive things to your life.
If you're going to expect the worst, wait for horrible things to happen and not believe that you deserve good things to happen to you, then you will attract those sorts of situations to your life.

It's also true that there's a reason you exist - and that is to learn and to grow. So, you WILL go through hard times, as do we all. Those times are to test and make us stronger. If you are optimistic in the manner that you approach those situations (atleast most of the time), you will find them easier to deal with and they'll go away sooner, because once you've learnt what you need to from a situation, the situation itself is no longer necessary to your life.

So, NO, I am definitely not one who believes in preparing for the worst. I deserve good things and happiness, and if tomorrow I need a difficult situation to manifest itself in my life to teach me something new, any preparation that needs to be done can be done then. I have faith that I will find the strength to deal with it and move back on to happiness.

Thanks Aquamoon! I am glad that you cleared my confusion. I was thinking on this a lot since I heard that worst phrase. Thanks Again! I am feeling like I am with my dear ones to show me right path. I have started reading Star signs again.

aquamoon - you said that so well!

Thoughts definitely do "matter" - yes, what we think materializes. Sometimes, it's difficult to control our unconsious thoughts, but I have made an effort this year to say "cancel" if I catch a negative thought creeping in. So, sVirgo....onward and upward to positive thinking!

Have any of you read "Conversations with God?" I just finished Vol. 1, and there was quite a bit about thought, word, action....

Hi Hopeful, I remember I listened to Volume 1 in audio CD's "Conversation with God". I will repeat it again because that is around 1 yr back. I remember that time I learned more about love.
