Does anyone know a good starter-off book to introduce him to?

While on the subject, I would like to share an experience which is related to miracles.

See, at one stage, I was studying overseas and I was living with a family of psychic. They introduced me to crystals, though they themselves weren't really into it.

ANyway, I began buying all kinds of crystals that I could afford. ONe of the crystals was what they called a "record keeper", meaning there is one or more triangles "edged" on the surface of the crystal. It's a small generator type of crystal, too, and attached to its base was a small chunk of another piece of crystal.

Anyway, one day, the daughter of my host family was saying that her goldfish was very sick and that she wanted to save it.

I wish I could help, but I didn't know what to do either. Then when I was back in my room, I somehow knocked against the shelf where I kept my crystals. And this record keeper crystal that I just mentioned fell. It didn't fell on the floor. It just fell down on the shelf. Like, originally it was standing upright, with the small peice of crystal supporting it, and then it was lying on its back. It's an extremely small fall, really, and I didn';t understand how come such a small fall would cause the record keeper to crack and part with the smaller piece, which had always helped the record keepr to stand upright.

But that's beside the point. What's really strange was that, the moment the two crystals parted, an image came into my mind. I mean, it's not like I thought about it or I was imagining anything. The image was "put" into my mind. I clearly saw the small piece of crystal in the middle of the picture, with six little red garnets surrounding it in the formation of the star of David. (I forgot to mention that I also had a little bottle of small garnets at that time.)

I didn't know waht that symbol meant. but I thought it was a sign. So I told the aughter about it and gave the small piece of crystal and six pieces of garnets to her. She placed them in the formation of the star of david as appeared in my mental image inside her fish tank. The formation did not save the fish, however.

I found that stragne but didn;t think much of it. Later, as I got closer to closer to my crystals, I would play around iwth them and place them in differnt patterns. Then, at one stage, I started going to casinos and gambled quite a bit. Sometimes I won but most of the time I lost. To cut a long story short, one night, as I played around with the crystals, I was somehow "guided" to put the crystals into the formation of a star of david, with a bigger piece in the middle. I said I was guided because I never consciously meant to put the crystls into any particular pattern. And then I started drawing the star of david on a piece of paper and set up a "grid". I believed that i could use the grid to manifest good luck and help me win at the casino.

I don't want to go into to much details, but basically, the grid worked It worked VERY well, in fact. Now I'm in NO WAY trying to encourage knowflakes to gamble or use crystals in this way, as later I intuitively also felt that that's not the way to go. But even that's not the miracle.

What's most miraculous was that, months later, when I went back tomy home country and was reading some books on crystals, I found out that the "grid" that I laid to manifest "miracles" was a legitimate form of ... enchantment (the right word?) used in tibetan religions to manifest one's desires. It also owned its origin to atlantean cultures. I was accurate TO THE MEASUREMENT of the grid, cm by cm. But the thing is, I NEVER knew of anything about it before, no one had taught/told me anything about it. It just happened

As I look back, I found it really amazing how the image got put into my mind, and how I was later guided to set up the stone grid, and found that it worked, and eventually found out about its origin.

That, to me, was the miracle.

It's funny you see, 'cos after having read Linda and shirley maclaine's books, I tried to figure out and find hints/clues about my past life, but to no avail. For a while, I thought this might be my first incarnation here ... but now, you got me thinking.
