Has anyone tried looking at the Moon to see the womans's face Linda talked about in Star Signs?
Ok I can see two, the woman's face with her hair, gibson style, she's quite beautiful, side profile...
But the other I see is a face of a man but he looks almost comical, I can't describe it, it's like a more refined version of the Hunchback of Notre dame ( in Disney).
I was thinking though... the Moon face that Linda talked about, when it's a full moon it looks just like a Brittish penny or 5 p or 10 p or instead of the profile of the face looking to the left in the Moon, the profile of the queen in the coins is facing to the right... I thought this was significant for some reason.
Just thoight I'd say that since it's nearly a Full moon.... has anyone looked to see the Lady of the Moon's face?

When I was a child I thought the telephone operator was in the moon with a headset on. Thats what I could see anyway. Now I see that it does look like a woman with a big hairstyle.

Hi All,

I have seen the face in the moon so many times, I adore the full moon.

I actually see two ladies, the first if you look straight on, you will see a lovely cameo. If you tilt your head to the right and look, you will see the Gibson girl.

Hi...

Reminds me of a song from Jerrry Herman's musical version of Mame:

"The Man in the Moon is a Lady,
A Lady with lipstick and curls!

The cow that jumpded ovah,
Cried, 'Jumpin' Jehovah'...
I think it's just one of the Girls.

She winks at the stars from her bed of
green cheese
That isn't a nightgown, it's a
Saturn chemise.

Oh, her friends are the stars and the planets.
She sends the Big Dipper a kiss...

So don't ever offend her,
Remember her gender,
The Man in the Moon,
Is a Miss."

This was sung very comically by Bea Arthur of "Maude" and "The Golden Girls" fame.

Thought it might be good for a laugh or two.

Pax...
A

Donna I saw two faces last night.
It was just looking at it from a different angle. One with a bigger hair style than the other but both quite beautiful.
Rubyred Lol telephone operator, my sister used to have nightmares about the phone operator and she's a Cancer, a lady of the Moon!
Annie if you see the man just squint your eyes a little more, your looking in the right position only if you imagine his eyes as her hair or something and distort it a little the lady face should come into focus.
Alsezion lol funny poem! Which one was Bea Arthur in the Golden girls, it wasn't Dorothy was it?
Mazz it's weird feeling sometimes isn't it... like the Moon is animated.

I just noticed. Doesn't it look like a child is kissing his/her mother on her forehead? Mom is tilting her her head back. I also heard that some cultures see a rabbit. I'll have to take a second look. and for the mouse...

Hm.
For some reason pictures of the full moon never look like what I see.
I see two large eyes looking down, with a shadow for the nose and a wisp of a mouth...
incidentally, it kinda looks like the type of face that I associate with Cancer men.
