Hello everybody, sorry for my english, I come from Spain.
I think I have a problem:
I have in my telephone the number 666, and now I´m buying a house, who´s street number is 66. I have noticed that people sometimes look me in a strange way and make me some coments when I say my telephone number, and I´m afraid, that now, when I´ll give my tel. and my adress, this will be worst.
What do you think about 666?, do you recomend me to change my tel. number?
I´m a normal person, I´m a mother, I work, and I´m catholic. I didn´t care about this number, but now I feel a little bit worried. Also I have begin to see number 6 everywhwere, I mean that maybe I´m becoming a little bit obsessed about this, for ex. my lipstick number for years is 66, another one is 6, my son is 6 years old, I was born the 20-09-1966,...
Would you give me any information about this number?What do you think about it? Thankyou very much.------------------

I think I will change my tel.number, because it will be socially embarrasing, and because I´m becoming a little bit obsessed about this.
There is something that I didn´t undertand, what does it mean: treescore? Could you write me in numbers six hundred threescore and six?

I seem to remember that Linda(Goodman)wrote a little paragraph or two touching on the numerology of 666,I'm pretty sure that she said it wasnt as bad as everyone thought,I think it was in Starsigns,if not it was Gooberz,I'll have a look through and let you know where it is.IP: Logged |

It was in Star Signs. 666 is the number of all life on Earth. It adds to 18 which is equal to 9, its true essence. It is not a bad number in and of itself, however, it represents the physical plane only. Irene, I would recommend changing that number just because of the way others will look at you because of your telephone number, not because it represents anything wrong. Hi irene!A "score" is an old word that means "twenty" (20), so "threescore" is a way of saying 3x20. It means 60.  So...
Six hundred = 600
Threescore = 60
Six = 6 Thus the number 666 in Revelation is distinct from other combinations of 6s and numbers, as it only refers to 600+60+6. For example-- a number like 53666, or 1776664, contains 666, but is _not_ the separate special 666. Hope this helps,

Irene,First of all, I haven't seen you around before so "Hi! Welcome to Lindaland " Second, your English is better than most Americans  Third, to your question. Unless the odd looks you get bother you, I wouldn't really worry about it too much. 6 is the number of Venus, of Love and Compassion. Also, Money (which is where the "trouble" really lies). 6+6+6 = 18 18 = Spiritual-Material Conflict.
(forgive me for not posting the whole thing, but I am very tired - I can do it later if you want me to). But the gist of it is to not let material gains get in the way of spiritual growth. Be sure to take "the high road" at all times. Return deception and meanness and cruelty always with kindness and understanding and forgiveness. Always turn the other cheek. Also always keep in mind that while there is nothing wrong with making money and having nice things it really isn't the most important thing. the 18 reduces to the single number 9. Now, I am a bit biased towards 9 since it is my birth number (I was born on the 27th). So, I really like it (even though it directly conflicts with my Pisces nature )  . 9 vibrates to Mars. It is strength and courage. It is also agressive action and conflict. (Hmmmm. off the track but spiraling a bit here. 666 the number of "the beast" of "man" = 18 = material gain's attempt to win out over spirituality = 9 which = Mars (god of War) conflict and agressive action (ahem, WAR, war, war) is everyone following along here? I am totally digging why 666 is a "bad" number ----

Ahem. Sorry about that. Personally, it seems that you are plagued by 6s not necessarily 666s. I, personally, would consider that a good thing and wouldn't worry myself about it too much.
Just as a side note, your name "Irene" adds up to 18. So you may want to watch out for the whole materialism over spirituality thing, but, again, that's only your first name, not as strong an effect as your birthdate or your full name. Has anyone ever considered the fact that Jesus is the Great Beast??? 666=18 Jesus=18. or Jesus Christ=18 Think about that. Why is it to get to God must we go through Jesus??? Hmm...Deception??? To the highest degree....the very book(Christian Bible) says the majority of people will be deceived...well what are the majority believing?? That Jesus is the saviour...Open your eyes and mind and realize that to get to God you do not need to go through anyone...not jesus, not me not anyone...simply God is within you....Jesus proclaimed he was the Son of God....who said so? Surely God did not come and say to the world, this is my Son...this is the man who is deceiving the world. As the bible says, he will proclaim love and peace and proclaim miracles...but what others do not see will hurt them...Hmm..Lets see, Jesus, love, peace....yeah...I do not buy it...I also do not buy this Satan story. If God is everything, than God is obviously two sided, as God to is an In-divi-dual as we all are...if we are made in the image of God, and I do believe we are, not physically but mentally, than he too Is at once both white and black, or light and dark...as God is the ultimate creator, to say that God did not create the dark side is a hypcorisy. He is everything...its why the Catholic religion is so full of crap, it preaches divine love yet it practices hatred....which is a SIGN OF DECEPTION....As Linda Goodman said Organized Religion is bogus. Anyone trying to lay claim to their religion being Gods true religion is kidding themselves...the only true religion is what you believe. Whatever it is that makes you a better stronger person. The only way to believe in God is to believe in yourself, because if you believe in yourself, than that means you believe that God lives within you and that you are here for a purpose.
Everything is here for a reason, without fail and that the spirit of god lives in everything. Just because we do not consciously see why that so called "evil" person did that act of "sin" does not mean that God did not live in him, or that there was not a good reason for it to happen. To say otherwise is a hypocrisy...God lives within us all...with no exceptions. All is forgiven...no matter how atrocious...I have been thinking a lot lately that this is Hell. As If Heaven is freedom, than Hell would be the opposite, which would be limitation. So let me ask you this...are any of us in this world Free?? I think not. "There is none so enslaved as he who believes he is free". We are extremely limited as too what we can do here on Earth. A beautiful quote I have heard is..."Hell is here but it has no fury"
I could go on, but first I would like to see some others thoughts and inputs..

I checked,it's on page 140 in Star signs and she doesn't say much about it,I think when I read all of the pages I somehow got the impression it wasn't all that bad as Linda doesnt say anything really bad about it,just alludes to it,but I may be wrong

Kewl string.. :-)The number 6 is the number of Love and the 9 is the number of war..I agree with shamrock on that. Interesting concept of taking any number and multiplying it by 9, and your answer will karmically add up to 9. 9x3=27..2+7=9..
Try it.. It's weird!
9x142=1278.. 1+2+7+8=18..1+8=9.. Multiply 6 by any number except a number reducing to 9.. Your answer will always reduce to a 3 or a 6.
If you multiply 6 by a 9 or any number reducing to 9.. Your answer will always reduce to a 9. The moment you ADD the 6 number of love to any of these 6 or 9 combinations...
It reduces to a single 3 or 6.. For example: 9x3=27 +6= 33 ... 3+3 = 6
or... 6x3 = 18 +6= 24 ... 2+4 = 6

ChinelleHi. Good anology. Just to add. Jesus himself said "I have come to make war not peace". Hence number 9(war). Refer to all versions of Bible. Jesus is the greatest seer I have personally ever known. He is simple amazing. Jesus told to give all you have to the poor; leave everything and follow me; Give other cheek; Love thy enemy. These words were definitely a cause for rift within families, amongst nations.
Devil on the other hand likes peace. He is a great deceiver. Have you seen stagnant water, when it is at peace. It breeds mosquitoes. Compare this to a flowing water.
During the end of times, he will make peace amongst nations , but secretly planning some cruel things with his henchmens.
