bauschd, congrats on quiting ... never thought about using my plate as an aid. Maybe I wouldn`t have gained these 12 lbs had I used it! I did use it for my packs of cigs as it seemed to mellow them and didn`t make my throat sore. juniperb

Yeah, same, they did taste better, but I stopped doing that and just smoked. I swear that numerology is the best thing for quitting - definately do it on 23 or 24, or maybe one of your own numbers, but I think the plate does help Thanks anafaery ------------------ Love and Light to aLL My numerology program according to "Star Signs" by LG. I'd suggest to send for info to USA - I did, and they forwarded it to Melbourne.Juniperb, unfortunately it didn't work out. I'm smoking again, and my excuse this time is an operation I had in Feb that hasn't gone away yet. It irritates me enormously, so smoking is a releif, but I'll try again when I feel 100 percent and can play sport again. I hate the feeling of letting everyone down when I start again, but oh well... ------------------ Love and Light to aLL My numerology program according to "Star Signs" by LG. IP: Logged | |
