Hey guys.. 
im doing the rainbow diet for plumpies rihgt now.actually linda said that we cant eat white flour, but at the same time we can eat pizzas n pasta, now isnt tht contradicting?
pls help me out!!loves.......pink angel

There are lots of great, older posts here in reference to the rainbow diet, if you search around a bit you'll find them. Some are in the Health And Healing section......and, lucky you! Star Notes are now available, with additional info on the rainbow diet! You'll find the link over in Free For All. And yes...white flour is ok on the rainbow diet. Please keep us posted on your progress!
