ok, ozonefiller, I'm no pro, but, as 7/25 is my birthday, here's what I saw;July= 7 (seventh month) 25-- 2+5=7 2003 (here's where I stretch it a bit) 2+digit 0+digit 0+3=7 I mean: 2+a space+a space+3=7 ya with me? 2+1+1+3=7 now for the time 7=7 :52= 5+2=7 so you have: 7 7 7 7 7 five sevens. Ring any bells?

i love to crack mysteries and i spose i am capable with codes and patterns etc, but without context any insight i might be able to give is useless.if you wanna elaborate i might be able to feel something, but i dont right now. its just a date to me. sorry ps a zero is a zero, theres no way that it could logically be stretched to have the value of one. not in computer code, not in life. its either zero or it isnt. cant be both. space means nothing. if there is a space, there is nothing there, and this is further supported by the presence of a zero, which is a symbol for 'nothing'. of course thats all relative, but i dont want to go off on some deep philosophical tangental discussion... as far as mathmatics and coding in the computer sense is concerned though, a zero having the value of '1' is not only illogical, but impossible. sorry for my strong opinion, but its really true. theres certain rules in math for eg. that have to be followed or else nothing has meaning... and we could attribute anything we wanted to anything to further our own desires, and that isnt generally wise. the whole system would collapse without structure. god i sound like effin spock. *sigh* IP: Logged |

Yeah, I agree with ana that a 0 is a 1, however I disagree with ana on the logic: quote: if there is a space, there is nothing there
I mean, I agree with this, but something is usually made of space - would this space be considered empty or a part of something, and hence something in and of itself? I don't want to get bogged down in a maths debate about reality either but I love imaginary numbers - are you guys familiar with these? They have the forn of the square root of negative 1. ie. something multiplied by itself equals 1. Where did people some up with this? This notion has to be from another world. It's utterly awesome in it's meaninglessness but has so many applications - modern electronics is riddled with them! Anyhow, my two cents. ------------------ Love and Light to aLL My numerology program according to "Star Signs" by LG. IP: Logged |

Sorry, the example of imaginary numbers I gave in my last post was incorrect - it should read a number multiplied by itself equals -1 (not 1 as this a real number). Now you can see my confusion...------------------ Love and Light to aLL My numerology program according to "Star Signs" by LG. IP: Logged |

hi bauschdmy logic is not flawed, but i just wanted to avoid a philosophical tangent about what 'nothing' really is, so i left that alone and just concentrated on the mundane factors of numbers, and the usual definition of 'nothing' or zero. i didnt want to take a tangent that would have nothing to do with the example up there. i would love however to have a philosophical discussion about what 'nothing' really is maybe one day. if you see it join in, id love to have your input, as you seem to be a very mathmatical thinker and philosophical to boot. thats what ive noticed anyway although i havent had many discussions with you. ive wanted to, but the chance never really came up. just a question but have you seen 'the matrix' and if so, what did you think about it? actually save that, i think im gonna make a new post about it here for everyone. im interested to see if anyone else found this film as amazing and deep as i did/do. if you have any thoughts about it, come and post in that thread! ~ana IP: Logged |
